Any company can wait as long as they need to as ADI has no money and will be forced to take what is on the table in my own opinion.Cant be long before a decision will have to be made.

the warrants were worth £300k at the time...

whatever they hold now, they are worth £75k now if exercised

A deal has already been done imho.

No incoming party would pay off charges relating to ADI from far back as 2002 without a deal framework in place. These charges were paid on the 6th March..3 weeks ago..

RGT director have £300,000 in warrants at 0.01p until 2016 and ADs have warrants equivilant to 29% of the company until 2016.
May be this is what causing the delay.
Cant see Percy strucking a deal with out compensation for these warrants.
Not as if any DESEVED THEN IN THE FIRST PLACE.

If any others may be interested in Pre IPOs and IPOS ........

look at CICR.



They are doing three this year(IPOS) and 8 next year.

They have already given us a divi of 4%(payable in shares July this year).

They are a registered Canadian company, listed on Aim and based in China.


Asset value increased from £150k to over £23million in a year(9years behind the scenes work) and listed on Aim in November 2010.

Looking forward to results end if April/beg May with bated breath. They report quarterley(how many Aim companies do that ?). They are aiming(exscuse the pun)for a 250 listing in 2014/2015.

You can email the CEO/Chairman Stuart Bromley directly and explain you are interested or ask questions. A unique modus operandi.

Well - you can see the kind of charactor Percy Lomax is when after a 99.99% decline he raises equity @ 0.50 and then issues options to rewards themselves @ 0.01p - 50x lower.

That statement above is actually quite unique becasue aprt from a company going completely bust i don't think i've ever seen options @ such levels before. And on top of a 99.99% fall - What is the probability of one let alone both!

Anyways - Good luck. Shells can be one of the most rewarding trades / investments or bust. One or the other.
