Could be that the various charges were paid off to prevent someone using the threat of bankruptcy in negotiations. Can't see anyone paying off bills for a company that is going to go under.

also adi had £2000 at last accounts release . someone paid the crown estate £11500 last week .

I know you guys aren't the sharpest tools in the box but my guess (probably more educated than yours) would be that with the future looking bleak some existing creditors told ADI to pay up or they would force a winding up petition ?

more4 i dont know but i wouldnt expect johnson to be paying it and remember johnson ( fairdeal ) is a player of the markets so would be a taker of a bagger or two if his traders head is on

Ah that is if RGTnewco STAY as RGTnewco.

An RTO as most know has to be a LARGER entity which performs the takeover.

I did say "tez perhaps is mulling over the more appetising " and I did not say it was me thinking along those lines either.

You cannot discount that whatever or whoever is looking to RTO(IF) then its taking a hell of a long time and surely it can only be all things "attributible and connected with " that mess of RGTnewco.

but if that was the case adi would call in the loan note which cant be paid hence getting control anyway .
and adi debts being paid !!! rgt dont have the money so i think i can say that RGT are not reversing into adi
after all they will need my approval along with kenny alok johnson and all those other holders

tez ADI evolved from regen and there broke infact adi loaned rgt 250k in the frm of a loan note it could be that its the loan note thats holding things up a little
