27/3/2013 15:28 | ...They can't Sten. They still have'nt found the peptides in cln to use as pharmaceutical drug candidates. Gen 11/03/2011 ReGen Therapeutics Limited ('ReGen' or the 'Company') has today appointed MBM Partners to assist it in the development of a distribution network for its nutraceutical product ColostrininTM in the countries of the Middle East and North Africa (MENA#). MBM Partners was set up in 2006 and is based in London. It represents a number of European companies in the distribution of their brands in the health and personal care sectors across the Middle East & North Africa region. The company works with the leading distributors in the region. These have been carefully selected for their expertise in the distribution of brands in this sector. MBM Partners aims to introduce the ColostrininTM opportunity to potential distributors and licensees in the region beginning with those in its current network. The initial focus will be to appoint distribution partners in the most important local markets. Thereafter smaller markets will be targeted. MBM Partners will be responsible for product registration and working closely with appointed distributors and licensees at both the strategic and operational level to ensure the success of the ColostrininTM brand. Commenting on this appointment Tim Shilton, ReGen CEO said: 'This tie-up with MBM will hopefully lead to the distribution of Colostrinin within several markets in this currently untapped area. Working with a company that already has a network of established distributors and experience in getting products like Colostrinin marketed in the region should make this process more efficient'. ..."TWO YEARS" (and still counting)! ! ! ...we live in hope Gen . . . ;o) | lean5gb3

27/3/2013 14:26 | Mchugh01 Tim is waiting on developments from ADI as until this happens I assume its all tied in together. Out goings this year is very low as salaries are on hold. overheads in RGT afraid tests for changing of methonol to ethanol for Europe, cost around £50,000,which were done partly for a large USA company who decided after the tests were done not to take talks further. 3 years of talks led to nothing. May be we will have some news on the middle east with the regulatory authorities. But dont hold your breath as the regulatory authorities on the first attempt wanted it registered as a Drug. | genises
27/3/2013 11:38 | 'Has anyone tried forcing an update, as it would not be hard to back the nomad into a corner' that would be foolish Mike | the_doctor

27/3/2013 10:15 | "This had to be done before march 22 so I think you're too late. Anyway, the RGT minority share holdings were distributed pro bono to the largest shareholders of RGT. Any objections to that had to be directed to PL before march 24. So I suppose your too late for that too." -------------------- what happens if I was one of the largest shareholders in RGT ? | mchugh01

27/3/2013 06:03 | Percy will only retain those options/warrants as long as he remains chairman or on the BOD. He will not survive any RTO in my humble opinion. I imagine he will be offered some shares in lieu of options/warrants and locked in for at least a year... | kennyruss
27/3/2013 02:25 | Any idea of the company that we might do a RTO with...? I agree if percy has those warrants until 2016 then he will want his cake. He is a blood sucker! | napalmdrop

26/3/2013 23:08 | mchugho1 this is what I expect will happen 1 ADI are trying to arrange for a reverse take over in the mining sector, Two companies have shown interest was 3 2 Warrants we recieved are now useless 3 Rgt will be talking to the new company for a loan when it happens. 4 RGT I assume are still in discussions with a health company to merge into and refloat onto AIM,Useing RGT £10 million to off set against profit. When this does happen the loan will be converted into shares at no doubt at a discount. off course everything could go belly up and both go into administration. | genises
26/3/2013 20:22 | I'll give it a try. The 4. warrants could be converted into Oldco shares on a 3 for 2 ratio right after that company merged with a potential cash shell with a 20% discount on a 1 for 12 reverse stock split. This had to be done before march 22 so I think you're too late. Anyway, the RGT minority share holdings were distributed pro bono to the largest shareholders of RGT. Any objections to that had to be directed to PL before march 24. So I suppose your too late for that too. Holders of Oldco shares and the remaining shareholders of RGT have been offered to take up ADI shares for 2p provided they would use the RGT tax loss themselves or transfer those losses to ADS who in return would give Weather Lottery tickets or options on these. Obviously, you've missed a lot and I'm not sure if I did not miss any details, but glad to have helped you out. GL | greedfear
