25/3/2013 19:42 | He has no shares, nor do his BOD. Even the BOD options, if exercised would not be enough to match the single biggest shareholder - Paul Johnson. I assume if he resigns, the options/warrants resign with him. He may be wanting a cash payment in lieu of the options/warrants to go quietly... If it were me driving the deal, I would call an EGM and remove him, but then I have little patience for city dealings and etiquette... | kennyruss
25/3/2013 19:30 | Well - you can see the kind of charactor Percy Lomax is when after a 99.99% decline he raises equity @ 0.50 and then issues options to rewards themselves @ 0.01p - 50x lower. The problem u have Kenny is how do u get rid of someone like that when it comes to it. It is effectively the worst of the worst. | tomboyb
25/3/2013 19:25 | I don't think paying off debts from 2002 & 2003 would be high on Percy's agenda doorway | kennyruss

25/3/2013 18:13 | Looking again at the PDF's for MG02 charges against ADI, they were reported on 12/03/13, but actually completed on the 6th March, which was almost 3 weeks go. I think we are closer to an announcement that we think.. The fact that "incoming party" has paid these charges, then complete due diligence has been completed AT least 3 weeks ago, more than likely 5 or 6 weeks ago. I expect news this week based on my assumptions... | kennyruss

25/3/2013 11:01 | certainly makes ADI a different proposition if £5m tax relief can be rolled into the RTO.. | kennyruss
25/3/2013 10:59 | Check with Tim Shilton to make absolutely sure of what I have posted. Dont take my word for this and it DOES make a significant difference to whichever company is interested. | share_shark

25/3/2013 10:55 | Tax rollover relief.Contrary to what I posted............ RGTnewco £10million. ADI £5million. My apologizes for my mistake and I was incorrect. | share_shark

25/3/2013 06:19 | It was not my intention to bring up old wounds lol, just merely pointing out how he has completely ignored RGT in his bio on ADI website... I emailed the NOMAD last week, who promptly passed my comments onto the BOD.I am sure I was not the only one... The NOMAD has a duty of care imho and should be pressuring the current BOD to forget about their EGO's and accept the deals that are imho in front of them... | kennyruss
24/3/2013 22:20 | Yes £20 million of our money and what i find hard to forgive is the sheer stupidity of the BOD( who were all meant to be working a 5 day week) spending a further £90k on an abortive debacle, trying to get the JAPANESE to take the product and then finding out after the moneyhad gone( on the travel and expenses) that there was NEVER a hope in hell of ever striking out in that market , in the first place !. Yet each and every time of the results, PL commented "profitable next year"!. | share_shark
24/3/2013 21:56 | If it was a drug and accepted by the FSA then yep it would be there with the likes of the big four but the data from the trial was not good enough for it to go any further. If it was the money would had been raised. Lots of substance which all turned into hot air. hence the panick to find some thing else known as Zolpidem. Another poor decision by the CEO. 20 million spent and end up with a nutraceutical with sales of 30,000+ units . | genises |
