16/5/2009 11:29 | No I'm still holding every share I've bought in APG - why would I sell at 12p or whatever when I've held all the way down? Your mistake is to believe that the share price is the right price, it isn't. It's a short term valuation placed on a company by a market with a sentiment. If APG was a liquid FTSE stock it would have rallied like FCCN, AXN, TPT, DEB etc. But it's illiquid. The 100% bounce it had from 7p to 14p in days can happen quite easily again from 14p to 28p. Hardly any stock has been sold during the fall. Elmfield hit the price dumping 120K @ 6p when the market price was 12p. Someone else is currently selling (dunno if Elmfield is selling his other 120K) but they will clear too and when there's no stock about the buyers will drve this up fast again imo. Cash call? I very much doubt it imo - if they were strapped for cash they wouldn't be acquiring companies for cash as they are doing with all that implies for their cash and cashflow imo. Still, nice to see you trying to knock it when the market's a bit weak - I guess you'd like to have bought at 7p as I did and now you're trying to do so? You won't get a look in when the seller's done imo. CR | cockneyrebel
15/5/2009 21:25 | Buying volume for even small amounts of cash may backfire, or was it just a way of trying to get the share price moving before a cash call and dilution? With your wedge CR, I bet your pleased to have seen those peaks to trade your losses. | lady liz
15/5/2009 16:04 | wskill you have to take the opportunity to buy whilst the market will let you as they close up the NMS pretty quicky. | knowing
15/5/2009 15:52 | I can only buy 3750 on line at 12.75, so if you can get 20k that is probably the last of the cheap stock. | the big fella
15/5/2009 15:49 | Tried to get another 20k at 11.15 but now up to 12.75 and max online now 10k seems to be on the move | wskill
15/5/2009 14:59 | A bounce here would be smack on the trendline. Could see 20p PDQ | the big fella
15/5/2009 14:04 | Will only take a couple more buys to get this moving. | knowing
15/5/2009 13:45 | Cannot see a brokers note from Smith & Williamson yet so we should have that to look forward to | wskill
15/5/2009 13:32 | Agreed. The mm's took a bit of stock on last week. That has pretty much been cleared so anymore buying and these will be on their way. Asset backing is worth min 30p a share. | the big fella
15/5/2009 13:26 | Not 11.15 anymore. | knowing
15/5/2009 13:22 | cheap I'd say. What on earth are they doing acquiring other companies for cash if they are in the mess the share price suggests? :-) A ridiculous valuation here for so much in tangible assets imo. CR | cockneyrebel
15/5/2009 13:15 | Still 11.15p to buy looks good at this price picked 20k up today will add as it improves | wskill
13/5/2009 13:25 | Still 11.15 for any takers | knowing
12/5/2009 18:57 | traideMark - well done for holding. Something most of the newbies to this stock won't have noticed. Up until a month ago you wouldn't have been able to sell 5K of these without hitting the price for 1p. Since the start of May the MM's have taken 240K in share sells without hardly touching the price. I'd bet it's probably Freddy buying - as he's here giving it a knock as soon as the prie starts to bounce - he's pretty readable and if he's knocking astock he's buying, if he's pumping one he's trying to sell out. Whoever it is there's someone buying in size - I think you'll see some large trades soon and then you won't be able to buy any volume again imo. CR | cockneyrebel
12/5/2009 18:00 | frauddy and crookney, lol, very funny support here at 11p, strangely i held this one after that 65% intraday rise and added in fact, probably because ive only spent about 1500 quid here, and partly because i was amazed at the jump in price on little volume and relatively bland news. bland news to some, not to me as it proves the company will survive, im expecting fast rises here on more positive news that maybe more will understand as good. | traidemark
12/5/2009 17:48 | Please take your rants somewhere else. | knowing
12/5/2009 17:25 | CTT went bust as a result of alleged wrongdoing (directors suspended, matter now sub judice) and I would have thought 'force majeure' applied here? However if you are so desperate to win that you want to claim success as the result of possible alleged fraud, then so be it.......on the other hand if you have the balls to take me on again, lets take the Jan 2 opening prices of MLIN v APG - the winner, i.e. me, will be the share closing with the largest % gain on the last trading day of 2009 | ydderf
12/5/2009 16:29 | 11.15 to buy now. Price has moved up since this AM of 10.8 | knowing
12/5/2009 15:02 | crokôkney, this is a very bad result - in these markets, you would have to be stupid or the subject of fraud, not to make money! run a comparative chart between this doggie and the much maligned Molins - no wonder you have disappeared again from BOTH threads. YOU ARE A FAIR WEATHER INVESTOR, SORRY, PENNY SCALPER MY FISH LOVING FRIEND!!! | ydderf
12/5/2009 13:10 | Yep watching though as we know plenty of upside. | knowing
12/5/2009 11:53 | And there you go a few sellers and we are pretty much back on the floor again. | the big fella
11/5/2009 10:07 | Until someone buys some or sells some I guess! | the big fella
11/5/2009 09:14 | Still 12.2 to buy but for how long? | knowing |
