Yup and I'm guessing another share consolidation to boot and possibly the lowering of the nominal share value to 0.01p if he embarks on the usual journey of devastating dilution whilst others ramp the nuts of speculative projects which mostly end in abject failure.

Bell presided over the devastation of RRR's share price and RGM's share price Both had their nominal share price lowered from 0.1p to 0.01p to allow dilution to continue. Both had share consolidations. Both still plummeted afterwards.

And now ABM gets it turn . . .

I'm guessing 5 billion shares by the end of the year.

It augurs as well as all the other Bell/Ettie dross.

Copper is doing quite well and Cobalt has tumbled. Demand is rising for cobalt and as Torp rightly portrays to us supplies from the Congo will reduce. The general outlook is for a slow recovery which may well fit in with ABM's futuristic plans.

It is really all about the share price at present versus future asset values with PJ pulling out all the stops to get this one on the move. Augers generally quite well.

lol Noirua.

There were only 136m in issue before Bell (Confetti Ettie) got involved !

How many more millions will be issued in the coming years?

Accordingly, on Admission, the enlarged issued share capital of the Company will be 363,038,101 Ordinary Shares of 0.1 pence each. The above figure of 363,038,101 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in ABM under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

Present market cap at 0.45p = £1,633,671.40

One for a punt on revival. Worth a pocket money toe in the water me thinks.

Again, 3 chairmanships by one Mr Bell and the results appear to be the same. Tons of confetti issued and share price devastation.

Surely the whole point of issuing obscene amounts of shares is to effectively wipe away the legacy shareholders who will likely be bitter and vocal. 200,000,000 issued when there were only 136m before.. . . Pretty despicable imho.

Of course those with experience will know to expect a great many more shares to be issued by "Confetti Ettie" ! The temptation to "average down" is not something the experienced would fall for imho.

The only "puff" here will be the farcical PR spiel that is sadly inevitable.

Collect five of these babies, collect £800k from each pa and off we go. Nice little earner.

The TR1 forms are an awful format, but yes, its a simple case of crossing thresholds due to dilution

Naturally there is a period after a long suspension where stale legacy holders opt to leave but this is good as doing so can leave behind a stronger loyal shareholder base. Leavers leaving can be a leavening agent like yeast. Puff the dough and watch it rise.

Not looking too good for cobalt

"The past month saw cobalt prices fall again. Reports have now surfaced saying that cobalt oversupply has occurred as a result of unexpected excess new DRC supply coming online in 2018."

1 Year Cobalt Chart shows how prices have tanked:

The RNS might have been misread by some. The holding relates only to a percentage drop due to so many new shares being issued. David Steinepreise has not sold any shares on behalf of Croesus.

Time will tell but I deal in the present and was not silly enough to put lots of cash into a micro-cap explorer. I weep for those who lost money in ABM and your only likely plus point will be the efforts of Paul Johnson and Andrew Bell on joining the board as Director and Chairman respectively. Good fortune to them on behalf of shareholders old and new.
The trades today are quite ordinary and no sign as yet of 500,000 plus trading. Maybe it will happen, we will see.

Noirua BS - "Looking good odds at around 0.5p - 0.75p or a little higher. May not be around all that long"

lol, people should be aware that Noirua is a serial ramper of Bell shares, most of which have performed absolutely miserably.

200,000,000 shares just issued here at 0.5p.

Doubtless ramper Noirua subscribed for a bunch of them and would thus love to palm them off on some unsuspecting mugpunter imho.

Either way I would consider myself an absolute fool, if not clinically insane, to buy shares here at or above the placing price of 0.5p. There are already sells at 0.40p levels. The share price imho will go much lower.

I notice RNS for David Steinepreise where he seems to have not become involved in the recent cash raising exercise. He is a director of Norseman Gold PLC ( and Spirak Limited ) which are tied in with the Australian/Irish financiers and investors Tulla Group. Croesus Mining was much involved with Norseman many years back.

Always an outside chance Tulla might be interested in ABM as they are or were interested in a Canadian copper venture tied in with ECR. Will check out where all this is via Tulla's website later.

ABM look a worthy punt on the DRC safer assets and AB/PJ very keen to get this one off the ground and running. Looking good odds at around 0.5p - 0.75p or a little higher. May not be around all that long. AB was back in DRC with 1620 on Red Rock business on Monday.
