This is the start of Colonialism #2 and the UK is pumping billions of dirty offshore money into Africa.BUY everything than can be mined,farmed and runs on New Energy(Solar,Battery storage) The Chinese are builsing massive military bases in AFRICA. At some point we will see an Africa spring when the young Africans can do it for themselves..In the mean time we have the evil face of capitalism lenigas running the show for the colonialists..The time and place to invest in is Africa.
