16/3/2019 20:31 | Heard enough here to give ABM a wide birth Have also tracked PJ for a while and just see poor performance. Could go on.. Poor performance is poor performance | pol123
16/3/2019 19:43 | None of the waffle here gets us away from the fact that Bell & Co have just issued 200m+ shares here at 0.5p. Shares in issue before were 136m, now it's 363m. Each to their own but I would consider myself foolish to buy shares at or above that placing price. Issuing confetti is what Mr Bell has done for years and years at RRR and RGM. Any casual glance at the 7yr charts of either share will show the effect that business model has had on the share price. Utter devastation. The rampsters usually harp on about how all AIM companies that set out need to raise funds through equity issues. Problem is Bell's companies have been running for years and years simply raising and raising as more or less just a way of life. Yet today the companies languish with tiny MCAPS still struggling. RGM is in a terrible situation just read the recent RNS. It's now looking to get authority to issue up to 2 billion more shares !!! Both companies incorporated in 2004. Small wonder many posters over the years have labelled Bell's companies as nothing but lifestyle ventures, existing purely for the personal enrichment of the BOD at the expense of mugpunters who get diluted. At RRR the BOD expend circa £850,000 a year just on Admin Expenses At RGM the BOD expend circa £736,000 a year just on Admin Expenses With little real income to speak of one can see why the SP's have historically been decimated. Dilution to pay wages and expenses. Past ABM holders have my sympathies for what happened to the company but even more so to find it now taken over by Bell and Johnson. Dilution is inevitable imho. Buy, hold or sell but DYOR well. | torp
16/3/2019 19:23 | Noirua BS - "In all cases I went in heavy and never ever complain" And yet on RRR threads he claims never to invest more than 1% in AIM stocks. Not to be trusted imho. Serial ramper of RRR, another Bell company whose share price has been decimated by dilution. Noirua is ruthless in his approach which is to find cherry picked snippets of information to pump the stock whilst deliberately withholding all the salient detail that investors need to know. He no longer gets away with it on RRR. Too many other honest people willing to say it like it is and challenge his misleading rhetoric. I expect the same will hold true here as well. | torp
16/3/2019 14:32 | Most reasonably well heeled investors also have a telephone broker and overseas brokers available for discussions about events, up and coming placings etc. Often advice on contacts to put up cash for fund raising and offering a deal. This is also a gamble and some are known to second mortgage a house to raise funds. Most people think in straight lines going through life in the same old, same old way. Others are willing to risk all and be busted by it. I've no time for losers who should not have invested in AIM or put too much into one micro-cap stock. Basically, you've ripped yourself off. Some microcap stocks come off some do not. | noirua
15/3/2019 18:55 | Sounds like a wide boy. | kemche
15/3/2019 17:17 | PJ in video : | noirua
15/3/2019 17:16 | Make no mistake chaps, Noirua knows the score completely and is not a wally. This is what he does. See his ramping antics on RRR and now RGM. He will only ever deal in 1/2 information and cherry picked sound bites. Very much Caveat Emptor. | torp
15/3/2019 16:25 | ^^^WALLY ALERT^^^ | purple11
15/3/2019 16:00 | Errrrr well people do care and one is PJ who has hit the ground at very great speed. The fastest deal I've ever seen on AIM or the ASX. Augers well for those patiently waiting and considering averaging down. | noirua
15/3/2019 11:07 | RGM here we come. | kemche
15/3/2019 10:54 | African Battery Metals PLC Investment and Option Agreement with Katoro Gold LSE:KAT An interesting start as PJ gets things underway. Not only hitting the ground running the ground itself is shifting in the right direction. Katoro website: ADVFN thread for Katoro: Latest Presentation: Kibo Energy at present hold a 50.4% interest in KAT. | noirua
14/3/2019 17:12 | We need to raise some money. And allow for the resolution to create 25 billion new shares. | kemche
14/3/2019 17:11 | RGM in the making. | kemche
14/3/2019 16:19 | The Jupiter shares rose from 23c to 34c and the dividend declared was only 2.5c. Please be honest Torp. Nothing to do with ABM so apologies for responding off-topic. Anyway, I hope shareholders here do better as we go forward. PJ is no doubt doing a lot of hard work on behalf of shareholders and others. | noirua
13/3/2019 11:36 | Noirua, you are far too honest. You need to try and ramp this, RRR and RGM. | kemche
13/3/2019 11:07 | Noirua BS - "Note the recent rise of ASX:JMS from 23c to 34c" They announced another dividend, so of course the share price rose. It will fall back again once the divi is done with imho. | torp
13/3/2019 00:12 | I hope this works out for everyone here. Knowing the situation of RGM and big losers way back in RRR, the time may well have come now as Tesla boosts it's sales by going online and slashing prices. Mining micros appear to be on the floor so getting in the sector now might be a very good call indeed. Note the recent rise of ASX:JMS from 23c to 34c, up 47% - nothing wrong about that and a cheery fact for Red Rock RRR. | noirua
12/3/2019 15:17 | To be honest, your very presence here posting this clap trap suggests to me personally that they are having trouble finding mugpunters to take up the placing shares. GL with the PR, but unfortunately Bell's reputation is extremely well established imho. | torp
12/3/2019 15:13 | lol Noirua just can't stop. He's either contracted to post this continuing promotionary drivel or has gotten himself in to deep, possibly a participant of the 200m share placing at 0.5p. Thanks Noirua but I don't want to buy these anywhere near the placing price of 0.5p. 200,000,000 issued !! No thanks. My experience of ConfettiEttie Bell in RRR and RGM tells me that's just the tip of the iceberg. The RRR and RGM charts above show clearly what Bell does to companies. | torp
12/3/2019 12:59 | Ok thanks. That should help. | kemche
12/3/2019 12:57 | Above shows that PJ is on-the-ball on each and every project at African Battery. Starting at a level below the floor but prospects are looking up, even now, and the journey so many would like to be on. | noirua
12/3/2019 12:22 | Looking weaker as clever investors dump more stock to below the 0.5p issue price knowing the charlatan running the show will lead them to another inevitable RGM like demise. | kemche |
