An old video interview but shows the company has two licenses in a much safer area in DRC near Zambia:

Sells at 0.45p levels must surely be a worry wouldn't you say Noriua?

Can't see how anyone could have bought in lower than that with 200,000,000 shares just placed at 0.5p.

Suggests to me personally that the sellers know somethoing, and/or that they think the share price is going to drop much lower.

Renowned investor Simon Cawkwell aka Evil Knievil holds the Master Investor Masterclass at Master Investor 2016. Evil emphasises the need for investors, particularly smaller private investors, to see an opportunity for trade, and recommends several shares worth considering.

and two years later:

Good luck to Evil who is fighting illness at the moment...

Hopefully ABM can do a quick turnaround into profitability like this company or my old 67 bagger friendly stock ASX:FLX, now taken over by the Chinese. Get some right and get some wrong.

remember no one gave GGP a cat in hells chance at 0.05p.. I bought £500 worth and would have been worth £25,000 last month but sold too early so you never know..it pays to take a punt in these tiddlers and forget about it for a couple of years

Noirua is imho a misleading and shameless ramper of RRR.

He will only ever provide 1/2 the information needed to make informed decisions.
The people he lamely calls "trolls" are those who will not tolerate the misleading stuff he posts and who will provide the missing salient details which any investor would need to know.

There is currently little here with ABM to comment on except the fact that most know what Mr Bell has done to RRR and RGM. That history will always be relevant esp as he is now the chairman here.

Always always DYOR.

Apologies for the rampers and P&D merchants here. So far they have failed to address the Elephant in the room - both metaphorical and actual. However, I doubt that will stop them attempting to ramp the beejeesus out of it.

I hope the new management are able to retrieve some of the losses experienced by ABM holders. Hopefully they have some plans ready and now AB has just returned from DRC, he and PJ have the opportunity to hit the ground running.

Apologies for the detractors and trolls arriving. So far they have nothing to talk about really. However, I doubt that will stop them.

Hard not to believe Noirua doesn't own some of the 200,000,000 placing shares.

Notable in the RNS that Mr bell is not forthcoming with the identity of the majority of the funders of the £1m raised. It simply says:

"The Company has conditionally raised £1,000,000, before expenses, through the proposed issue of 200,000,000 new ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company at a price of 0.5 pence per share with certain existing Shareholders and new investors."

Bell, PJ and RRR account for £200K of the £1m. So who is funding the rest?

Is it our old friends YA Global or some similar outfit? Why not make it clear?

Ettie, How much do you pay Noirua for "services"? And does he charge each company individually or is it a consolidated invoice? Is there a success clause also, and if so, is it based on share price increase?

You can reply on any of your boards. Ta.

Some will know that Mr Bell was also the chairman of Greatland gold until Aug 2016 as well as being chairman of RRR and RGM. The long term charts of all 3 companies show a staggering similarity under his tenure, essentially share price destruction.

Logical and reasonable to assume that ABM will go the same way imho

A blank slate that was 50% down on day 1 and top of the LSE Share Fallers board

Then next day 16% down and 5th from the top of the Share Fallers board

Then another 5% down today

The animals may have found a new trough to dip their snouts into but the dire reputation of Mr Bell is imho already so well established, I guess the markets are simply not interested imho.

The inevitable lashings of "jam tomorrow" rhetoric that will surely come are not going to tickle the fish any longer.

Whether one invests 1% or more the fact is that people need to be given the full salient information throughout the process. Those who peddle outright lies and misleading BS on chat boards should be opposed with the strongest of vigour.

As I say Torp, "only invest up to 1% in small micro-cap exploration companies." Then a person will not become bitter and become a constant detractor. Anyway, hopefully we are at the low point of a future spike. Have fun and don't invest too much in one share, diversify and keep loads of cash.
