From my experience he is probably trying to drum up some more cash. Moving to a commercial operation will take far more than AFC have....rest assured.

I tried calling MC Peat (Mike?) and got an answer phone message saying his v/mail was broke, so I just left it.

Cantor were going to take the matter up with their mm's; since then the seller has been weaker and the share price has recovered a tad. In fact the seller has been absent now from the top of the order book for the last hour. Are they at lunch or have they finished, questions, questions! As for news, yes I've been expecting it. I'm sat waiting..... And waiting, the drums are calling though, it's coming.

Apology accepted beeezzz. I have done my research though. I may not be as much up to speed as those lth like yourself, but does that make you a better judge of what's going on here than those who are entering the fray now? Of course not.

Fortunately I haven't had my money tied up here like you for the last 7 years, although I've managed to do that elsewhere thanks! That doesn't mean newer investors are wet behind the ears with AFC does it. In fact it could be said those who didn't invest previously and are doing so now got their research right.
