AFC Energy (AFC): 40p Price Channel Target
AFC Energy is a former favourite minnow of mine on a technical basis, which after months in the wilderness appears to be back on the front foot, at least as far as the price action is concerned. What can be seen here is the way there has been a bull flag breakout for the first half of August, after a consolidation either side of the 200 day moving average now running at 19.5p. The chances now are that at least while there is no break back below the initial August support of 18p, we could be treated to further significant upside. The favoured destination at this point is regarded as being as great as the top of a rising trend channel which can be drawn in from as long ago as December. This has its resistance line projection currently pointing as high as 40p, a destination which may be hit over the next 1-2 months.

Ive been saying the same thing for quite a while and I'm confident we will reach 34p/35p (top of trend line right now) . We have bounced from the bottom of our trend line every time we are near it and I don't expect that it will break .

Cheers

High 30's would be great but I'm afraid Zak Mir is about as accurate asJohn McCririck or Michael Fish.

Zak Mir the chartist gave his opinion about AFC on Friday (it's on YouTube).

I havnt watched it yet but apparently he is very bullish and says he expects it to reach the high 30s soon .

Should see some nice buying pressure tomorrow off the back of this .

STRONG BUY

NB...

Its a start and first adopters have an advantage in that they have a proven product, may only be 30%, however, does that take into account losses through transmission, maintaining grid at very high voltages. Storage of electricity is starting to improve with major advances in batteries, combinations of technologies deployed is needed, faffing around in the lab is not getting us anywhere;. !!!

FC technology doesn't have a good track record, I was reading the ITM thread and some disgruntled investors there too, always jam tomorrow with these companies.

I thought you might have been interested with the Abu Dhabi desalination project a major consumer of energy.

Not convinced on CWR; 30% Co2 reduction hardly enough if Climate Change is real

It makes sense to produce electricity at customer end, I presume this is what the 10Kw stack is aimed at, yet CWR already have a grant for trials with energy companies.

Move back to DC with no need to step down from 14,400v

AFC seem to be behind the curve or have no idea.....

On our way up to the top of our trend line now (after bouncing off the bottom of our long term trend line). The monkeys are short of shares and are paying well over the bid at 23.25p and the ask has shot up to 24.75p .

Quarterly newsletter due at the end of the month so we will only get more and more buyers as we get closer .Therfore we shouldn't have hardly any sellers left in this stock and that's why I'm saying its a VERY STRONG BUY .
