24/9/2015 08:31 | And we now know there is no overhang .... 50k traded up 6p | ramas
24/9/2015 08:25 | All buys ,tipped somewhere maybe ? | ramas
24/9/2015 08:18 | RNS coming trading update due as well. | a2584728
24/9/2015 08:11 | My eyes deceive me! Blue! | bigfrocks
23/9/2015 21:19 | Take a look at WST ramas. Worth sticking on your watch list.I sold the small amount that was always just a punt upon recent news but it could go either way I guess. I may get back in after consolidation. | clocktower
23/9/2015 18:32 | Interesting end of day rise action over on TAL .... No news but lots of late trades . Insiders in at tuppence | ramas
17/9/2015 18:21 | Actually looking at the trades there looks to have been a 10k sell with two 5k buys so neutral on the day | ramas
17/9/2015 11:41 | Almost net net nil trading , almost like someone is testing the share to see if any buying momentum ..... For now the assets appear to completely underpin the price with a nil value to what is clearly a clearly successful business and good dividend history | ramas
17/9/2015 10:51 | So the selling continues ramas, I may yet get more nearer to the sub 30`s paid before by waiting a little longer it seems as the support is weaker than it appeared a few days ago. | clocktower
15/9/2015 18:45 | I was fortunate to buy back in around the time it dropped sharply, buying between 27.5p - 29.50 ramas and would have purchased more recently if the price would have gone back below 30p but as the support has started to come once again in at around 32p - 33p as it has now done on a few occasions right up to 37p. I think it is more unlikely to slip back with the results so close, and the likely dividend offering such a good return, I will top up before the weekend if the price remains around here. After I saw that buy today I checked a dummy trade for 3000 as was quoted 33p on-line. On top of all that if the forward looking statement is as positive as I now expect, due to the re-furbished offices and website, as it will have given a buzz to the energy levels with the new staff arrivals and the five year plan taking shape the prospects once again look very exciting and rewarding. So all being well we should see 50 -60p again within a few weeks after the results imo. DYOR. | clocktower
15/9/2015 16:53 | Remains unloved by the market but as you say decent results, third year of dividends (one of the few aims that pay a divi) and a half decent outlook should get it some well overdue exposure. I expect the office refurb will be in part , significantly covered by efficient tax planning so should still be room for a sizeable dividend payment ... Results getting closer 5 weeks to go .... | ramas
15/9/2015 16:16 | Just noticed a couple of buys over the past few days, so still a bit of support around the price and I guess it could run up on the way to results, and let us hope those results exceed expectations with a good forward looking statement. | clocktower
10/9/2015 09:41 | Another factor ramas is that there is another 230k of shares floating around the market since the sale by RTI, so some of the investors that took up those shares maybe have already sold them on again seeing the lack of liquidity in the stock, hence further weakness, and now the absence of support that has allowed it to sink further, and may well do so until results. As you say, it is a big gap from Year End to results, if Morrisons can come up with their H1 results from 2 August then AEO should be able to produce full year even allowing for audit by now imo. | clocktower
10/9/2015 08:36 | I recall last year an amount of paranoia at this time ahead of the results and the huge gap from year end to results does not help matters much. I do find myself wondering about the unknowns that are the year end cash, cost of the refurb and importantly current trading. I suspect the trickle of sales are the result of pis thinking the same deciding to invest elsewhere rather than wait. I am not a fan of rns statements announcing everything but do think they can do a bit better and still maintain client confidentiality of course | ramas
08/9/2015 18:18 | What more can we ask them you say wskill. Well in view of this years history, ie. 27.02.15 saying pre-tax profits circa £250k then a few director buys followed by the May update you posted above, that had an immediate impact on the sp, only to be followed within days of a large director sale. You must admit it made it look as though they had massaged the news to time the purchases and sale rather well. However, following that we saw the share price bounce only to see considerable steady selling with support at around the 32p - 34p level and even this time that seems to have run out as the stock can be purchased below 33p now. So to what they could or maybe should have done by now is re-affirm the profit and maybe at the same time confirmed the approximate amount of cash as at year end, together with a news of their order book going forward, and just mention the new website and any other possible good or bad news. | clocktower
07/9/2015 15:41 | We have had an update final results next month what more can we ask of the company . 8 May 2015 Aeorema Communications plc ("Aeorema" or "the Company") Trading update Aeorema Communications plc, the AIM-traded live events agency, is pleased to provide a trading update. The Company anticipates a strong end to its financial year ending 30th June 2015 based on recent order intake for events scheduled for May and June. This will result in turnover exceeding GBP4.2 million (which was anticipated in the RNS announcement made on 27th February 2015) and consequently pre-tax profits are now expected to exceed GBP350,000. | wskill
07/9/2015 14:01 | The sell off continues and it is hardly surprising bearing in mind the lack of news from the company. | clocktower
02/9/2015 18:55 | Doubt it ramas and if you look back a bit further there were also other "Y" trades of around 27k/30k each, so it would seem another larger holder was selling after RT. Still, as we have had no further news what we know is the minimum profit for the last half is no less than £350k and that on top of the cash pile justifies a much higher share price but that said if the order book is not building to create profits to and above previous levels one can understand the depressed share price, as these things tend to leak out from those close to the company. That said it is more likely that due to the current global depressing run, there has not been an appetite for investment in stock like this regardless how cheap they look. In addition it maybe that someone or some soles maybe just turning to cash in hope of being able to buy into some other stocks that they consider an even better bargain. Research has shown that a lot of investors trade to often and loose money by switching from their winners into stocks that do not perform just because they get feed up due of the lack of movement and liquidity, as they try to nick a few pence here and there. Still, several on here that have not posted for a long time have undoubtedly done extremely well by selling at the right time or near to the peak, and have I expect moved on to what they see as greener pastures. Good Luck to them as well. | clocktower
02/9/2015 18:22 | The price has been stubborn CT do you think it might be an overhang from the RT sale a few months back ? | ramas
02/9/2015 17:40 | Another "Y" trade for 28,208 shares today, how late a showing is another question but looking back there was another sizeable one on 19.08.15 for 27k, it seems as though a larger holder has been selling down their stake and holding the price back for a while now. The sooner we get more news about current trading and future work in the pipeline so to provide forward guidance the better. | clocktower
27/8/2015 16:01 | ramas, all the elements are coming together but one more need's to be explained, the 5 year plan ex-SG | old thumper
27/8/2015 15:57 | Orange1, In the distance the empty desk I mentioned looks very much like Gary at the desk but tricky to be sure. The water cooler is where most business happens, a bit like a medieval form of Email. Some of the bare walls could be used for posters of previous work, useful when new clients look around? | old thumper
27/8/2015 13:30 | No its just extra desks ready for the growth and expanding business planned going forward. Nice industrial look, looks like they mean business. | clocktower
27/8/2015 12:24 | > Old Thumper No worries. If you go to the full news story and look at the second photo you will see somebody sitting at the previously empty desk. Having said that, and I don´t mean to worry you in any way, 2 people have moved away from their desks as compared with the first photo. Hopefully they are talking business by the water cooler. | orange1
27/8/2015 12:01 | Hi OT ... I think the website, office are excellent , throw some good results into the mix and maybe , just maybe the market will start to notice AEO and its potential , backed up by some new contract wins. The website certainly presents their work amazingly well .... IMO of course | ramas |
