Better to wait a long time (with small salaries by the look of it) and get a good deal rather than be quick and end up wasting it all. Vin has her own money in here.

I have none in here yet but it looks interesting to me.

Well as an MVI shareholder I've long given up expecting any of their SPACS (of which this is one) to ever make an investment. It's been years and years since any of them did a deal. It will probably happen one day though.

Stumbled into this one and at first glance I like the look of it.

Vin has a great past, so this could go well.

Reading through the stuff I absolutely love the way she calls herself a 'Chairman' rather than the now commonplace 'Chair'.

An OBE too - Vin is a shrewd operator I hope. The longer we wait for the final decision the better IMHO.

The other downside protection of course is Vin Murria's personal investment of £17.5 million at 100p.

Whatever she chooses to do, she'll have her own investment (and reputation) in mind and will look to protect both of those.

The alignment with shareholders is significant here and that is a key factor to my mind.

About 97p of cash in the coffers at 30 June according to the results,

"at 30 June 2021 held a cash balance of £129,224,447"

so only a very small premium here, especially given that it's Vin Murria at the helm.

Costs manageable too:

"Ongoing costs and expenses incurred in connection with seeking to identify acquisition opportunities (excluding any project specific costs incurred in pursuit of an acquisition opportunity) are estimated to be no more than £500,000 per annum."

So the downside from the current price should be fairly small should a deal not be found.

However, the upside on the other hand is potentially multiples given VM's history.

So a very good proposition imo on a risk:reward basis.

Nice additional chunk there, miti 1000.

That would explain Crux being able to pick up a large chunk around the current price. A continued opportunity being presented here to buy stock around the IPO level and where VM bought her stock.

For those prepared to hold for the long haul there could be significant potential upside here. VM has certainly proven historically that she is more than capable of generating significant shareholder value over time.

Vin Murria does too. And she has bought £17.5 million worth at 100p. How many directors invest that much in their own companies? Hardly any.

A great opportunity here to jump on her coat tails and at a similar level. She’s 10 bagged original investors’ money twice before and has set out to do it again with ADVT.

Richard Penny from Crux has been on video a couple of times saying that he is particularly keen on ADVT and has done very well following Vin Murria in the past.

He reckons it’s best to get in early before any deal and did similar buying into KIST at IPO and has done very well there with a similar strategy i.e. buy into stories with proven management with a track record of success and who also have significant skin in the game.
