02/7/2018 09:30 | What do people think of today’s RNS? To me it opens up a world of opportunity for distribution and sales. GLA. | paul_98
29/6/2018 20:27 | It’s absolutely the bigger picture that makes this so attractive. :-) | paul_98
29/6/2018 16:43 | Strangely enough I am also living in the present and future And I am also watching the bigger picture. It always helps to do a SWOT. | daijavu
28/6/2018 08:34 | Why has the header of this thread go the title one to watch...on Monday? Which monday and why? | justjill
28/6/2018 08:08 | I’m living in the present and the future on this. All looking in tip top shape, de-risked, financially in a good place, plenty of backing and negotiations going on. Happy days ahead. | paul_98
28/6/2018 07:21 | They have, according to them, been fully on track for many a long year. The track just seems to keep getting longer. The current Chinese development looks to me to be merely a repeat of past failed attempts to crack the Chinese market I keep watching and waiting for the day that AVO might be worth putting my money into it again. That day hasn't arrived yet. Given the time it is taking to develop LIGHT and the speed of other medical/DNA developments, eg. women with terminal breast cancer and given only months to live, receiving DNA treatment that totally eradicated their tumours, AVO might have missed the boat. | daijavu
27/6/2018 07:50 | RNS All still fully on track by the looks of it. Excellent to hear. | paul_98

19/6/2018 18:37 | Well - I emailed Israel Proton Therapy (.com) and had a very intriguing reply. I won’t share on here but they are indeed actively looking at options. I’ll be topping up at this price. GLA. Do your own research. People will answer genuine questions. | paul_98
19/6/2018 16:42 | Paul you know I think you maybe right, particularly when you see the costs as they are talking about fully establishing a proton therapy center for $60m and $6m a year running costs. The only system I know that could come anywhere near these costs is LIGHT, also interesting like AVO have promoted in Harley Street an emphasis on treating children.. .good find, lets hope we have some more news with the new distribution partner in China and some confirmed orders soon! Only around 3 months to go and AVO will have a fully functional LIGHT system treating superficial tumors then the fun will be begin followed by regulatory approval. | makeamillion1
19/6/2018 11:46 | I think AVO may be being considered by Israel’s proton therapy development. Do your own research | paul_98
15/6/2018 18:30 | It is quite common for an share price to decline in the absence of news. Nothing to worry about if the company is sound, well run and making good profits but could be a bit troubling if it is not. With the right company, some might see it as a buying opportunity. | daijavu
15/6/2018 16:25 | Can anyone explain the dip? Without absolutely slating the company (!). | paul_98
12/6/2018 19:09 | Fingers crossed. Must say I have a good feeling about this. GLA. | paul_98
12/6/2018 13:19 | looks VERY strong! charts indicating major surge towards three digits in not too distant future. | baner
11/6/2018 11:30 | Very decent buying volumes. I wonder if news is afoot?! | paul_98
07/6/2018 08:27 | A quiet period while we await more excellent news I feel. | paul_98
04/6/2018 08:12 | Yes, I see quite a few of the negative type posters have gone very quiet though! | paul_98
31/5/2018 17:26 | Paul Indeed - it is sad these morons keep on even when they are proven absolutely and totally wrong, however there is also a comical aspect in this. And hopefully they supply the market with further short sold stock, allowing sound investors to extend their profits in this. Personally i am in massivet at 10p and 25p and looking forward to exit north of 100p - no doubt able to buy myself a posh house in the south of france for my profit. A special thanks to ”wiseacre̶ | baner
31/5/2018 16:00 | More positive news brings out the sour posters as usual! Lol it’s funny. Happy days! | paul_98

31/5/2018 15:20 | wiseacre - sounds like you have been smoking what TW claims everyone else is. Please sell all you have it is because of comments like yours and TW I am making substantial profits....thank you For all those who have also followed some of the best medical professionals in the world working for this company, followed some seriously successful multi millionaires who are heavily invested, IMO I have no doubt about the future success of the company. All I do know IMHO by the time we are treating superficial tumors by end of Q3 2018 I would expect the share price to have accelerated substantially. The next land mark after that will be getting regulatory approval and working with the UK Government's Science and Technology Facilities Council ("STFC") where the company has announced they are to establish a UK testing and assembly site for its next generation proton accelerator. GLA all good news! | makeamillion1
31/5/2018 15:07 | It's great that you took the trouble to post that here Looking back over the past year or so though, there is a familiar pattern, whereby every single one of these 'speculations' has come to nothing. | marvin66
31/5/2018 14:45 | AIM-listed Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO) announced this morning that Bracknor, the death spiral funder, still had convertible loan notes to swap for shares. This, despite the RNS of 19 July 2017 telling us that the Company does not intend to use the Bracknor facility in the future. As part of these arrangements the Company will issue 7 million warrants to Bracknor. These warrants are exercisable at 25p and may be exercised at any time over the next five years. Anyone would have thought that was the end of the matter. Apparently not. The 19 July info was not a lie, but it does look to have been materially misleading in that it was incomplete. So I have a few more questions: what about all the warrants? There are 7 million (exercisable at 25p) above. And then there are all the warrants associated with the death spiral conversions on top. Would Advanced Oncotherapy like to tell us how many are outstanding, and what the exercise prices are? As far as I can see, it looks as though Bracknor has another wall of confetti to land on the market. With the shares still up at 53.5p (mid), you have to see a return to 25p on the cards. The warrants associated with conversion of death spiral notes were originally announced as being: Upon issuance of a tranche, Bracknor shall receive warrants to purchase shares with an aggregate value equivalent to 20% of the nominal value of each tranche. These warrants will be exercisable for up to four years from issue; o For the first tranche, the exercise price will be 130% of the lowest of either (a) the lowest daily VWAP during the ten trading days preceding the signing of the Agreement or (b) the lowest daily VWAP of the 10 trading days preceding the request to issue the first tranche; o The exercise price of the subsequent warrants (i.e. bar the first tranche), will be 130% of the lowest daily VWAP during the five trading days immediately preceding the request to issue a new tranche; That sounds like one heck of a lot of warrants! Finally, we are told that the outstanding convertible loans have been settled at 46p and passed on to an outfit called M3T PTE Ltd. We are told that Bracknor no longer holds convertible loans in Advanced – well, no, but what about all those warrants? Also, there is a wording issue which suggests this might not be the last pile of confetti. We are told: In addition, the Company announces that further to previous announcements regarding the Bracknor funding facility, all outstanding Convertible Loan Notes ("CLN") owned by Bracknor are being converted into new ordinary shares of 25p issued ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 46p. As part of this transaction, 5,127,560 Ordinary Shares are being issued as a result of the conversion and the satisfaction of the payment of conversion fee and commitment fees (the "Conversion"). (my emphasis) So what else is Bracknor getting? Are there more conversion shares beyond the 5,127,560 above that we’ve not yet been told about? We are told Bracknor holds no more CLNs, but what about shares? Yet again, I don’t think we’ve yet been told the whole truth here. The good news is that the Chinese money appears to be in the bank. The bad news is that I suspect Bracknor still has quite a hand left to play – I doubt the wording anomaly above was an accident. Meanwhile, I reckon Advanced still needs to raise yet more money. Would Advanced care to clarify, ahead of the next placing, what warrants are outstanding to Bracknor and on what terms, and how many shares has Bracknor got? Until it does, the shares remain a stonking sell – with 25p the obvious short-term price target. Longer term, of course, for all the reasons HERE, 0p looks the likely target in the end. | wiseacre |
