I wonder why the urgency of buying? News of a financial nature on its way perhaps and with the buying someone perhaps knows its probably good news as opposed to the final conclusion that some are expecting.

I was focusing on "Value dilution" too.

Interest payable on loans dilutes the EPS.

ANY financing is dilutive somewhere, there's no such thing as non dilutive financing.

Nobody takes risk for no reward.

Must admit i'm curious as to what financing they will come up with.
They initially said financing would be non-dilutive and then went for death-spiral financing. Hopefully they have a better idea of how the market will react to news like that. They will probably need to get it right first time as I don't see them being given another bailout loan.

I agree, this share is very dependant on finance news.

Technology proving to be on target and working to the point it's at which is positive. It's a hold for the patient and brave without doubt. No pain no gain.

MrTruth: I got into AVO quite late on (just before the last positive news RE financing). The price shot up significantly so I'm in a good position. I imagine, upon another announcement like that it will surge again.

Don't you get it that those "interviews" are paid promotion where friendly questions are asked?

You have to learn about paid promotion, it comes in many forms and there's an industry in the city that thrives on it.

If you follow the progress reports (they are easily available online if you search for them), you'll see the excellent developments and progress. This is "doing well" IMO and clearly many more investors agree. Should hit 25 soon then on further positive news onwards. After several top ups glad to be in this with a decent hold.

They cannot issue shares below 25p, so my guess is the price will be walked up to that level and another placing done.

Hard to see how anyone would be interested in a placing with so much debt outstanding.

The company has no assets and no income apart from intellectual property.

However something will be announced soon as must be short of cash by now.

The 2 x 100,000 trades are a rollover Beethoven.


They are trying to push this up to 25p s they can issue more shares in a placing is my guess.
