02/10/2017 15:46 | dave4545 maybe (not so) Sweet Karolina can inform us? | baner
02/10/2017 15:33 | I think there has to be something else driving this rise. I thought the chart might play out but in time not one day :-)) Perhaps they will issue a RNS ? | dave4545
02/10/2017 15:31 | They wouldn't have got a placing away at 25p-30p would they? | glibgibon
02/10/2017 15:20 | Going a bit crazy now could it hit 30p today buyers all over it atm | dave4545
02/10/2017 14:43 | 9p increase in bid in just a few trading days so cashed in 3/4's left a 1/4 to ride as it does not seem to show any signs of coming off just yet and chart still screams more. | dave4545
02/10/2017 13:46 | Of course pretty obvious! Great day. | mrtruth1
02/10/2017 13:36 | Possibly because the share price is up about 20% today? | glibgibon

02/10/2017 12:16 | baner, "if tey could arrange for the financing without diluting existing shares " How would you propose they do that? Surely even a cash loan dilutes because it has to be paid back at some point, and interest has to be paid in the meantime? Or it converts into stock at a favourable (for the lender) price. They burn through a lot of cash per month, I think they are walking the price up to get a funding away, we shall see in due course. | andy
02/10/2017 12:11 | or.........could there be a stake building going on by one of the potential predators - there are a handful around and the one that get their hands on AVO will be in a really strong position once this new tech is established. "as is" AVO is easily worth 100p (which is not far from what has been invested by the company hitherto). if tey could arrange for the financing without diluting existing shares - which is maybe not that likely - these shares could climb up to 500p+. the risks here are really "only" financial - at what level of dilution can financing be secured? | baner
02/10/2017 11:47 | Placing or financing must be imminent now 25p has been breached. They probably need 30p to discount it and try and make it look attractive, IMO. | andy
02/10/2017 11:44 | Perhaps but if true then a cup & handle should form very soon [so the share price will fall back some what to allow the formation prior to heading off to much higher levels] | cpap man
02/10/2017 08:47 | Bowl chart continues to play out towards 25-30p range | dave4545
02/10/2017 06:22 | Some, a select few, not many. | mrtruth1
01/10/2017 23:52 | mrtruth, Many of the posts are negative though! Placing coming IMO, they just need a few more pence on the SP! | andy
01/10/2017 19:00 | Look at the interest and chat AVO has generated... that in itself is massively positive ;-) | mrtruth1
01/10/2017 18:29 | It looks like financing is going to be the determining factor of what happens to the company next. I see the share price rise as an indication that the market sentiment is happy about the Bergen financing being terminated. That just means the company is probably going to survive - but the future of the share price I don't think will be so rosy. I believe that if there was going to be any funding that was non-dilutive for the company, it would already be in place. As this support is not seemingly available, i believe that by the end of the month a placing will be taking place or at least be at the preparation stages. All just my opinion, but I can see them trying to raise about £15m with a placing at 12p-15p. Basically taking the shares in issue up to 200m. While this may be a large hit initially, it will fund the company for the next year and with the technical milestones being met, should get them closer to a finished product and a better chance at other financing options. Just my opinion, but I believe this month is going to be pivotal. | glibgibon
01/10/2017 14:55 | Let's face it. Charting is not all it's cracked up to be. Fundamentals are the only things of any real importance. | daijavu
01/10/2017 13:23 | Has anyone heard of Zac Mir? He is a well known chartist and comedian. Some of his video clips are hilarious. He did one on AVO a few years ago. It was in the days before the share consolidation when the share price had reached the dizzy heights of 17p. That is over 400p in today's money. Zac knows far more about charts than most people and he talked us through how the charts indicated that the share price was heading towards 20p (500p in today's money). It was very funny, especially as the share price immediately dropped and has never really stopped dropping since. Zac taught me a thing or two about charts, I can tell you. I believe he has written a few books about charting and runs his own consultancy. He makes his living from explaining charting but I don't know if he makes any money from shares, though. | daijavu
01/10/2017 12:59 | Sure slight possibility but we are in the stock market here after all. It reads to me like they were close to arranging it but not quite in time for the report. So, IMO within a few weeks. | mrtruth1
01/10/2017 12:38 | but IMHO there is a very slight possibility if they don't attend to the minor matter of running out of cash very soon. There has only been comforting words spoken about that in the interims when you would have thought it should have carried more weight. | wi1l |
