What do you mean overhange cleared? You can never tell if buy or sell until the RNS announcement.

One of Activheals biggest dressing competitors the maker of 'Mepilex' has just been taken off the NHS formulary in east lancs as its too expensive. That will up the sales of Activheal considerably. I imagine other trusts will follow suit. They just need to invent a cheap alternative to the very popular 'Cutimed Sorbact' dressing and they will rake it in. Are you listening AMS?

Does anyone feel a merger between SPH and AMS could be on the cards with market caps of 110m and 133m and a lot off large share movement in both Companies of late.

SL is usually excellent, support management, and take an active investor stance with their investment. They are certainly not a cowboy outfit, and for that reason taking notice of their actions when transparent pays off.

I think the Board is overdue for a shake up, and there is enough within for a focused board led by Chris and Mary, where retirement is not top of the agenda , as with Evans and Penny Freer who is primarily there to support him, to enhance values from here.

Trimming the sails a bit and recharging the batteries of internal development of niche products can see a large upside . I will get back in once I see the right steps being implemented.

John I'm monitoring Surgical Innovations as well. Mainly because of their agreement with AMS. I'd expect both to update in March, regarding this product. Given both did in their interims in September.

SL pushed the price to its high, a while ago. Norbus mentions the price of 97. Which makes sense to me. I think Norbus got out around this level, a period of time later. SL pushed the price down to its recent low, I think 54. I'd argue value is somewhere in between. I'd also argue that buying high, selling low is best done with others money.

You must know that shares can go up as well as down. What you do not know is when they struck the deal , notified it, before the market mugs see it on an RNS.

You need to be asking more searching questions to assess your investments

How will anyone knows if the German executives have any share movements either way? They are as directors with no obligation to disclose. SL bigger sale is something you must take note of.

Dont know Egg, SL announced that they have off loaded 3m shares today, that makes 4m in 2 days and the share price goes up. Fingers crossed IMHO we may see someone is building a large holding.
