Hi smallcappick

More fake rumours with multiple accounts then ?

The quickness you vote up your own posts with those accounts more or
less confirms it

That figures. Picking a winning well is not their strong suit, is it? Can they RTO into production and avoid the same mistakes?

Short answer is by being an uber dog with fleas throughout its history no matter what they call it.

The figure is my guess at what the retained losses to 30 Apr 22 will be when the audited accounts come out. In its current guise as Advance, my favourite uber dog formerly Andalas and formerly CEB Resources, raised £20m to invest $20m drilling the B10 duster. Virtually all that has gone to money heaven as evidenced by the share price falling off a cliff back in Jan and the company becoming a (only just) Cash Shell under AIM rule 15. The company has said it has enough cash to keep paying the PLC costs, including BoD and adviser fees, until the end of the calendar year (another 6 months). If it does not do an RTO by 27 Nov it will be suspended and if it still has not by 27 May 23 it will be delisted and my favourite uber dog will end up in the pet cemetery alongside so many similar former AIM companies. If it does do an RTO my money would be on it still being an uber dog with fleas whatever it is called with the ability to send lots more shareholder cash to money heaven.

Didn't know that nearly £50m of shareholders money was sent to heaven (or hell?). What happened?

In the last 3 months my favorite little uber dog, which has always proved me right, has gone down over 50%. So a 100% rise won't even put investors back where they were 3 months ago. Since Dave Witby's CEB Resources ramp ahead of suspension where mug punters were buying at 1.2p (£6 when you take account of all the consolidations since) the share has lost nearly 99.99% of its value and the company has sent nearly £50m of shareholders money to money heaven.

What's worse: selling out of a proven uber dog and getting at least some money back or continuing to believe in the non existant reverse Newtonian law that what goes down must go up?

But what if it went 100 up then she made investors sell at an all time low. Whats worse

Haven't posted here since the aftermath of the drill. The share price had fallen to 0.25p and there were many traders trying to get the mug punter involved for the "inevitable bounce". Many were averaging down at that price as well. Today the share price is one half of that amount. The second phase of losses after the drill must be doubly painfull. Well done sweet karolina2 for continuing to warn the naive.

Be careful.

For all the reasons given above this is NOT a high risk high reward speculative punt. The high risk is there but the high reward is an illusion made up by people who don't understand the mechanics of what is just a business transaction and the commercial logic behind it.

I make 2 falsifiable predictions:

If there is a transaction at all (not guaranteed there will be one) it will be structured as an RTO.

The RTO and accompanying placing price will be significantly less that current share price (0.15p)

I love this uber dog because it always proves me right. Punt away mug punters, when it proves me right yet again I will be here to say I told you so.

Everyone understands that this is a speculative punt so no need to be continously lectured by the samaritan
