27/5/2022 08:21 | Absolute rubbish as per usual. AIM listed shell's currently have a value of at least 500k and perhaps as much £1m plus cash LSE:ADV are more likely though to bring in their own oil & gas deals so an RTO is the least likely option at the moment | the chairman elect
27/5/2022 07:57 | The Company continues to evaluate a number of oil and gas opportunities, with an emphasis on materiality and cash flow generation in line with its stated strategy. | the chairman elect
27/5/2022 07:26 | As an AIM Rule 15 Cash Shell, the Company is required to make an acquisition, or acquisitions, which constitutes a reverse takeover under AIM Rule 14 (including seeking re-admission under the AIM Rules for Companies) within six months from 27 May 2022. Alternatively, within such time period, the Company can seek to become an investing company pursuant to AIM Rule 8, which requires, inter alia, the raising of at least GBP6 million and publication of an admission document. In the event that the Company does not complete a reverse takeover under AIM Rule 14 within such six month period or seek re-admission to trading on AIM as an investing company pursuant to AIM Rule 8 (either being, a "Re-admission Transaction"), the Company's ordinary shares would be suspended from trading pursuant to AIM Rule 40. Thereafter, if a Re-admission Transaction has not been completed within a further six month period, admission to trading on AIM of the Company's ordinary shares would be cancelled. | zxie

16/5/2022 15:49 | Wrong thread - | tomboyb
16/5/2022 15:42 | You don't call a child a mug (there is only one person who uses that word on this platform, dont be like him). It costs nothing to be kind, no need to be a mean person.Their angle is specialist consultants, identifying value where a project may believed to be saturated. The narrative is well communicated. They obviously need to be discreet on said value identified. The project pipeline was well progressed (excuse the pun) before they came into the adv shell (post colter, whitby mess), unfortunately we had a buffalo, peterkin mess. However, that was phase 1 only. | chesycustard
16/5/2022 08:11 | Is pointing out to a child that what they are doing will most likely hurt them being nasty? If you truly believe this will come good then provide a coherent argument that explains the type of oil producer that would benefit by doing a deal with ADV. That's the thing about deals, they are mutually beneficial to both parties and both parties do due diligence on each other (which costs both parties money) before they jump into bed with each other. I can't think of any oil producer that has anything at all to gain by doing a deal with an uber dog with fleas like ADV. | sweet karolina2
15/5/2022 15:03 | Gee whizz karolina, your a bit obsessed with this stock. I pop in once in a while and you are aways here, usually being nasty to someone who says anything remotely positive. Cheer up old chum ;). We all lost a lot with buffalo, peterkin was way to positive really.Ps. I prefer the easter bunny haha.Good luck all, its been harsh with buffalo, but I do believe they will come good with another project or 3. I have had contact with the Co, it's with emailing. | chesycustard |
