50m share options were forward sold on Friday, hence the drop in sp, they were all mopped up including 7m by MXCP, AD4's Major shareholder. We're now awaiting a date for the the new debt free enterprise, the CloudCoco Group to be listed under the ticker CLCO, and this will be the catalyst for a significant re-rate imho, as disclosure of material news on existing revenues and new client contracts will made...in the meantime CloudCoCo and AD4 are in the process of rebranding and decks are being cleared in preparation for CLCO's listing, and lots of cheap shares are in the hands of pi's who will be happy to sell for a quick 10% etc and so i 'm not expecting the MM's to move the share price up too high or too quickly until the profit takers are mopped up in readiness of the re-rate on listing day....Fill ya boots and hold tight!!! Cloudcoco are going places..Gl :-)

I'm a abit confused this was suppose to do really well this week but we struggling even hit 2p. All these buys are making ni difference. Seems like there something going on behind the scenes.

The sales team are the best in the business sector.
They were Redcentrics sales team lol I wonder how many of their customers will errr 'migrate' lol.

As I've said look at competitors on AIM. Cloud Call (Call) with mcap of 45million has a different offer I know but there revenue isn't much different and they're loss making but tech companies at that stage tend to reinvest to grow so that's understandable. Current mcap of AD4 is 6million. What would 45million make the share price? 10p to 12p. You see Chimers doesn't just pluck share prices out of thin air. The next thing you'll get is someone saying but the assets don't justify a 45million cap - duh it's a tech company. Heard of intellectual property, processes, blueprints, etc. Tech companies aren't valued on tangible assets ffs!

Just use simply common sense.
Do you really think MXCP would buy 7m shares at 2.5p if they dd not expect to get 5 times that back at least?

£10k worth @ 1.5p allowing for costs lets say ='s 660k shares

660k shares @10p ='s £66k

Profit ='s £56k

Shovel £20k in you stand to make £112k profit.

Ok you don't have the minerals to hold for 10p and 12p?

Fine sell them at 6p you still make a mint.

Look what is happening with AD4 right NOW!! is whats known as "Housework"

They are tidying up all the loose ends and cleaning the house ready for the launch of the new company.

So Directors are adjusting their positions and Instis like MXCP are getting their positions sorted.
They must do all of this now because they cant buy shares once the news starts to flow they won't be allowed to.
All involved are sorting out their holdings and they want to be ready for the beginning of the new company's launch.
After the name change, there will be a steady flow of news from CloudCoco and the shares will fly.
This is easy money.

If we finish up 10% or more we have a 2nd white soilder just need another 10% tomorrow too. Strong support formed...good consolidation...reminds me of IDE at 2.5p back in the summer. That went on to hit 12p intraday.
