Yep, Cloudcall aren't in the same Cloud service provider space as CloudCoCo, although they have a £45m market cap on monthly sales revenues of £1m, which must be similar to AD4's and Cloudcoco's existing revenues imho, and with new business and client contracts to be announced, CLCO's formal listing could take their market cap towards Cloudcall's, with any luck. ;-)

I meant more from a fundamentals perspective, I'm trying to compare 6m current mcap with what it should be 45m in my opinion based on similar fundamentals. Cloud Call specialises in enterprise CRM solutions

CloudCall are not really the same thing as AD4 and CC all they seem to do is provide phone services over the cloud.


Look what MXCP specialise in building are companies like REDCENTRIC.

Ian Smith and Tony Weaver of MXCP set up and ran Redcentric.

IDE and AD4 will be that sort of company prviding those sorts of services.
Data storage Cloud space IT services security etc.

AD4 closed down 32.93 percent on Friday, October 25, 2019, on 9.81 times normal volume. The stock fell below its 200 day moving average, damaging its long-term outlook by crossing under that critical trendline. Note that the stock is in oversold territory based on its Slow Stochastic indicator (14, 3, 3) -- sideways movement or a bounce should not be unexpected.

Chimers can you look at Cloud Call's revenue, EBITA loss and and debt from the latest set of result...their cap is 45m? Fair comparison?

Moneymunch did you have a look at the balance sheet and final results of what I think is one of their closest competitors 'Cloud Call'. Their mcap is 45mill and ours 6m. I think this will rerate to 10p to 12p short term...what do you think?

No i don't, but on CLCO's listing it's possible that apart from disclosure on any new clients we could also get detail and a trading update on existing business that AD4 and CloudCoCo have. Gl :-)

Look at Cloud Coco's social media presence, Twitter, LinkedIn etc compared with Adept4's. It's chalk and cheese. They advertised on London buses

Hopefully so cc, and one would imaginge that the CloudCoCo Group will want BGF cleared out before their formal listing under CLCO , by which time we can look forward to diclosure of material news etc which should see a significant re-rate imho....and so the current bargain low share price offers a great opportunity to top up and/or buy in....On and Up!!! :-)
