08/8/2005 15:13 | Interesting market size has it been twice the offer allday | r33skyline
08/8/2005 15:00 | You're right I jumped the gun with my 2p valuation. As far as I can see they are taking stakes , quite large, in various small companies. Im basing my valuation therefore on the net tangible asset value of the total stakes. I dont think this is an unreasonable method of valueing ADE just now. How else can you value it? On profits!? Cash flow? NTAV was 1.2M at the last results. Investment compnaies are usually valued below NTAV hence the 1p (1M valuation). I dont understand the 4M market cap. This looks like a total punt. | lqs
08/8/2005 14:40 | lqs, How come you valued the share at 2p at 9:00 and 1p at 14:00? ADDLeisue is not an investment company. It has investments in other companies if that is confusing you, but there again so do most companies. Please substaniate your reasoning behind why you think the share price is worth x. | davew28
08/8/2005 13:58 | The net tangible asset value is 1.2M This is an investment company. These are usually priced less than net tangible asset value. I dont understand why the market cap is over 4M And the management have recently issued a statment saying they cant figure out why the sahre price has risen so much. Id be a buyer at 1p | lqs
08/8/2005 13:28 | there would seem to be quite a few delayed buys amd maybe sell in the system that are not showing up yet, time will only tell what comes out, this could be a fabulouse buying opportunity at these prices and again time will tell. I bet we will all kick ourselves later in the week when we should have bourght a lorry load today at these prices and later in the week they have rocketed...oh i want a crystal ball for my birthday !!! | wowyea
08/8/2005 10:07 | time to top up at the cheaper price now i feel. | wowyea
08/8/2005 09:06 | and what interest do you have in this stock dell? NONE !! I bet | wowyea
08/8/2005 08:50 | wowyea - LOL! That sounds like "desperate journalist in story fabrication exercise" to me. It is well known that when journalists can't explain a rise or fall, they often resort to invention. I've seen loads of examples of this(especially when a stock is being pumped and dumped).... If there was really anything significant in the pipeline, don't you think that ADE would have had to declare it when the share price rose?? However, they issued a "we know of no reason for the rise" type RNS... As this is currently being worked by an organised pump'n'dump crew, who probably won't want to hang around too long, buying whilst they are looking for an exit(as evidenced by the recent mass spamming) would seem rather brave? All IMHO, DYOR etc. Rgds dell P.S. barnesey - From your post, I assume that you are blissfully unaware of what happened to Holmes Place shareholders?? | dell314
08/8/2005 08:49 | nice post barnsey, agree totally | wowyea
08/8/2005 08:48 | dell314 For what it is worth my opinion is this company have great potential and i have purchased 75.000 shares after doing my own research and before ever having the misfortune of reading any posts from yourself before. I will be holding my shares long term and your ramblings are a complete waste of time and will not change anything. We are all adults, well most of us, and make our own decisions. The facts are there for anyone who takes the time to read all the literature out there, and if you research Holmes Place and L A fitness you start to see the huge talent the Addleisure directors have between them. All imho have a nice day,you will not receive more posts from me on this board. | barnsey
08/8/2005 08:41 | Press Speculation. From Daily Express. Havent read the article as do not read the Express, but took this bit which refers to it from citywire. "Speculation that AddLeisure is close to announcing a deal". | wowyea
08/8/2005 08:11 | Agreed. This is a definite short. 2p is a realistic price. | lqs
08/8/2005 08:08 | tiptornado - In your list of facts, you forgot to include that your organised pump'n'dump ring has helped push up the share price here and they aren't known for hanging around, so there's a good chance the share price will fall equally dramatically, when they start to exit. Remember TCH, PCF, FLG, ENT etc. You gave us all your fabulous stories of how great they were doing and your incredible price targets with those too, didn't you... Rgds dell All IMHO, DYOR etc. | dell314

05/8/2005 17:04 | Thanks to tiptornado for bringing this one to my attention. Id never have been aware of it otherwise. I see the company dont know why the share price has risen. Anyway it looks a great short. Anyone else gone short? | lqs
05/8/2005 14:28 | sure having a balance view point is great, but ive seen you before and all you do is state the same old questions about liquidity and losses. you never ever as far as ive seen praised a company for its management and possible potentila in th efuture which is exactly why this little company is so attractive and not the short term prospect of its bottom line. | wowyea
05/8/2005 14:25 | LOL! Pump'n'dumpers often get upset very easily, when confronted with facts! Don't you think it's nice to have some balance to offset the non-stop ramping on here and iii?? What on earth makes you think this company is worth the current market cap?? Rgds dell | dell314
05/8/2005 14:15 | dell go away, you are trying to affect the share price yourself, so u r just as bad as any pnd in my books | wowyea
05/8/2005 14:13 | Why is tiptornado spamming this on here and iii, if he isn't just a pump'n'dumper?? Does anyone here think that the next results will not show large losses and have a detrimental effect on the sp?? Does anyone here understand the significance of the timing of the warrant conversion?? i.e. the proximity to annual results audit and the need to sign off the company as a going concern..... Does anyone believe that ADE will hold current share price levels when the pump'n'dump crew decide it's time to move on(Remember PCF, TCH, FLG, ENT, etc. etc.)?? Rgds dell All IMHO, DYOR etc. | dell314

05/8/2005 13:50 | LOL Can you honestly state that the next results will show anything other that a profit with a huge rise in turnover?? Rgds wow | wowyea
05/8/2005 13:41 | tiptornado - LOL! Surely, whether to buy this, or not, should be based on ADE's financials and what you expect from the company going forward; not some dubious representation of last week's trades that you have presented. Does anyone here think that the next results will not show large losses?? Does anyone here understand the significance of the timing of the warrant conversion?? Rgds dell All IMHO, DYOR etc. | dell314
05/8/2005 13:40 | tip, i dont see any dips, I see it beginning to rise again, anyone who wants some at these prices really should consider buying now rather than waiting to see, but its your money and its your choice. I have mine so im happy for it to rocket to 10p. | wowyea
