Good to see the share price bounce back up again. It suggests that there could be a bit more to go in the current up trend.

Does anyone know where there has been press speculation regarding ADE? - this was referred to in the RNS today.

looks like some profit taking today, but after th edirectors statement this should begin to climb again. most of the shares are tightly held so it only takes a few buys to push this baby up. Im in now just wished I had bought at 3p

Gaza,

In the short term they may go upto 5 or 6p I think. Beyond that it al depends on how the company does with their investments. If Powerplate catches on in a big way the we should see upto 20p but I would say this is more a 2-3 year target. For me the track record of these guys says everything. They are brilliant at building up leisure companies from scratch into sound economic businesses. They have the products, the expertise and the track record so it could be a great investment.

The public float is only tiny - hence the big mark-up, but it also works
on the downside.
The valuation seems quite high considering they're not actually selling much
themselves and their asset stakes are unquantifiable.
These type of stocks can make good trading stocks though if you get it right
and no one cares about the valuation.

Dave, where do you see these going?

C'mon guys too much negativity from outsiders imho. These were initially placed at in excess of 5p. The directors have a fabulous record in developing leisure companies (aka LA Fitness, Holmes Place). Sales of the products are doing well and the directors not to mention RTI Investments have shown absolute faith by stoking up £0.5m. The stock is tightly held so this is playing catch up currently, nothing else, rampers or otherwise. Get a life

Fact is this has a small float and rises are sharp as Directors have nearly
all the stock plus a few Institutions.
Gives a false valuation. imo

Time to start taking profit, someone just sold 45K shares for 4.25p. Nothing wrong in that considering only a week ago after the wonderful anouncement everyone was buying in for 2.75 to 3p. Nice 50% profit, well done to that guy/girl.

LOL!

The iii pump'n'dump boys appear to be busy again.

As Isis states, the warrant conversion appears to be because the company needs cash, rather than just because the directors are so excited by their progress.

With the £500k paid out recently(for an increased stake in one of their own director's companies!!) plus the need to provide further funding to another subsidiary, it would appear that further funding was needed for the next 12 months.

Only hard one to figure out is why they converted warrants rather than place cheaper stock. I'd guess a paper acquisition will occur at some stage, so they wanted to maintain or raise the share price ..

All IMHO, DYOR etc.

LOL!

WHEN THEY ARE SELLING FOR 4.25p THEY WILL OFFER YOU 3.75p. I REMEMBER THEY DO SINCE THAT IS WHAT TDW DID TO ME WITH THIS SHARE IN THE PAST. DO NOT TRADE THESE SINCE THEY ARE SCUM WINTERFLOODS INCHARGE.

The rise looks a bit overdone given they made quite a big loss last go.
I suppose it's based on the Directors Warrants take up, which was really
a rights issue. imo

Ashame I did not get in today at 3 to 3.25p. I guess its just another one bites the dust, like me missing out on CCO and TMG when I fully well knew they where going up.
