25/7/2005 12:27 | Have no position in this one, but found todays price action intriguing... | wiganer
25/7/2005 12:23 | Go to www.addleisure.co.uk to find out more about the companies addleisure is invested in. Presumably these companies will at some point be floated on AIM, but until then the value of the companies is difficult to assess. It is interesting to note that of the directors buying shares today Allan Fisher is an ex-director of Holmes Place and David Turner is a director of LA Fitness. The Warrants do not expire until July 2009 so there was no rush to exercise them - suggests they were adding in some cash for this further investment in Fitbug. However, there was over a million in cash at the interims stage so there may be additional investments planned. mj | mjcrockett
25/7/2005 11:18 | Well the value of the Company is mainly based on their stakes in other companies and I don't know what they're worth, so can't really value them properly. Not much help really! LOL | isis
25/7/2005 11:12 | So isis do you think they are worth buying now?....what price do you recommend if not? | joyridder
25/7/2005 11:04 | I have these on my watch list and also thought it odd that they would exercise Warrants at more than double the market price. The only reason I can think of is that the Warrant money goes directly to the Company thereby raising extra cash - if they buy in the market the Company would see no extra cash, perhaps they're a bit short? The other reason is they probably would'nt be able to buy those amounts without sending the price much higher too. Not a holder. | isis
25/7/2005 10:46 | Where's Dell when you need him! | springbok
25/7/2005 10:14 | Correct me if I am wrong, but I work it out that the Directors & RTI will be paying out £500,000 for the warrant's at 5p per share. You can buy now at 2.5p The market cap of ADA is only 2.8m according to ADVFN. Any comment's? | affc21
25/7/2005 09:49 | RL was pushing these at 5.65p a while ago! | springbok
25/7/2005 09:11 | Thanks Mark. Presumably the directors think 5p is very good value so 3p must be dirt cheap. I have bought a few this morning, but wonder if I should buy more. I have not been able to find out any details of the warrants - except that they trade on a huge spread 0.25/0.75. Do you know the expiration date? I guess the directors exercised warrants rather than buying in the market because they would not have been able to get this volume of shares in the open market. mj | mjcrockett
25/7/2005 08:50 | No you're not. I already hold indirectly through Westside (WST) and have added a direct holding this morning. | mark c graham
20/4/2005 18:33 | You mean the shareprice went up! | davew28
20/4/2005 13:11 | Something's afoot... | gosgos
30/3/2005 14:43 | The last anouncement was excellent and todays price indicates a bargain. | responsible lad
20/3/2005 17:25 | Yes, might get back into this one at some point. I think the fall was overdue as it was a bit pricey imo. | topvest
14/3/2005 10:10 | This is just half the price of what they went up to on an intra day high. I will be buying some if the price is still this low when I get some funding soon. | responsible lad

20/1/2005 01:09 | Powerplate have a showroom in London, W1. Fitbug have been advertising all over the tube. Any cash this company had must be almost gone by now. | wonder boy
14/12/2004 12:44 | What the hell is happening here. I am well down over a £1,000 pounds on these from yesterday. I thought the news was good news and that the shares went up to 7.5p. Wish I never spoke to double6 yesterday. | responsible lad
13/12/2004 15:32 | just bought a chunk | nikesh2
13/12/2004 15:32 | Just had a test for £2,000 and it is 6.1p to buy. | responsible lad
13/12/2004 15:24 | 5.5 to 7p, but still about 6p to buy I would imagine. | responsible lad
13/12/2004 15:23 | What is new bid/offer? Streaming not working for me today. | opthalmist |
