10/8/2005 12:39 | LOL!!!! wowy - why you lol at my job i have no idea. do you really think i would discuss my working life with a (seemingly) illiterate ramper on a free bb? what do you do for a living? and please dont say 'full time trader' or 'proof reader' or i might PMSL! vbr yc | wal footrot
10/8/2005 12:35 | im in on ULT TED and GMC now you cant tell me those are dud share, all very exciting and I believe this one is too. but Dell would Im sure LOL | wowyea
10/8/2005 12:26 | ADE has a great future and will return good profit in the future. The mm have no stock to play with and it could quite easily do a HHO on some positive news. Time to get in IMHO DYOR ps dell untill you have some hard facts about the company , leave the thread alone its for investors to make their own mind up we dont need you to tell us when and when not to risk our own money, which i doubt you ever do. IMHO | wowyea
10/8/2005 12:01 | your right its going no where, and you never did answer my question as your were only speculating about the going concern and would never really know for sure what the directors motives were in the first instance. I presume as you are so well read that you are a "qualified accountant" met a few in my time that say there were qualified with big egoes but when it turns out they were just pretending and had plenty of time to read books. LOL | wowyea
10/8/2005 11:54 | wowyea - I don't think that you've convinced me, or anyone else, that you have the slightest idea about the principles of financial reporting. If you had read and understood David Chitty's output, then you wouldn't be asking such dopey questions, IMHO. I also believe you'll find that there are several different timescales for the adoption of IFRS, according to company type and listing, which is another reason why I don't think you have a clue what you are talking about. Anyway, I feel that this discussion is going nowhere and we are probably boring the pants off of everyone else..... Rgds dell All IMHO, DYOR etc. | dell314
10/8/2005 11:43 | I really dont have time to teach you about ISA or IFRS but i can tell you that they come in for entities with accounting period commecing on or after 15 Dec 2004. I only need to read one book when it come to auditing. All the other are just commentry and as such dont need to be mentioned here | wowyea
10/8/2005 11:14 | wowyea - Firstly, you were too slow to respond for me to be convinced. Secondly, I thought you said that you'd read lots of books on finance and investing. Did Mr.Chitty edit them all? What a busy chap he must be! If you are familiar with his work, you'll presumably be able to give us a good summary on the transition to IFRS, as it's an area he's done many presentations and articles on. I have to admit that I'm a bit behind with IFRS changes, so I'd appreciate some tips from you. Anyway, FWIW, I think ULT is ramped up garbage and I'll be interested to see what sort of financial preformance it can put in, when it is forced to present some hard figures. | dell314
10/8/2005 11:05 | dont have authors editor is David Chitty and ULT is proving you wrong again, up again today | wowyea
10/8/2005 10:39 | wowyea - You appear to be filling this thread with total drivel, simply providing further proof that you don't have a clue what you are talking about. Why not tell us the names and/or authors of these books you have read(and quickly please. I don't want you just pulling a few titles off Google searches or Amazon!!). Rgds dell | dell314
10/8/2005 10:21 | maybe the reason why shares go up is because people beleive in the future prospects of a company and for no other reason | wowyea
10/8/2005 10:21 | just goes to show that dell will call any rise in an share price a p n d | wowyea
10/8/2005 10:20 | What's the betting that many ULT holders will be suffering from mild or moderate depression, once the current p'n'd fizzles out?? Can anyone suggest a suitable treatment?? Rgds dell All IMHO, DYOR etc." VERY SAD DELL | wowyea
10/8/2005 10:14 | they are only silly because you are stating your stupid opinions which are complete rubbish, now you know how you sound. You are hated through out the communitty as talking complete rubbish. even yesterday you were trying to deramp ULT, a great company with huge prospect, it only shows that you will deramp and rubbish any ones opinion. | wowyea
10/8/2005 10:02 | wowyea - If you really have read all these books on company reporting and financial instruments, why do you ask such silly questions? Rgds dell | dell314
10/8/2005 09:40 | LOL !!! wal | wowyea
10/8/2005 09:19 | so wal, what do you audit? and what body do you belong too? | wowyea
10/8/2005 09:19 | as much fun as 'guess the occupation' might be, i will leave it there. thanks. | wal footrot
