28/8/2005 00:20 | Anyone who wants to ramp ADE should do it on the ADE site, not ULT, PXS, or YOO | guru11
26/8/2005 12:15 | julian, I think your right, this is a great company with huge potential, and will be a strong performer. your money is in a good place. Ir just needs to be noticed by a few more people to get it going but that will happen in time. Im here for the long term and will be happy to sit around while the likes of dell try to deramp it for no reason but to annoy us all. | memoeryman
26/8/2005 11:51 | can anyone explain why there seems to be a lack of interest in this one. i bought in yesterday after sitting on the side lines for a while. there seems to be a tremendous amount of potential for this company with very little downside. have a missed something? or is it just a case that investors have failed to notice this opportunity? | julian1976
26/8/2005 09:48 | Dear, oh dear!! I see tiptornado has been spamming this everywhere again. Is he still pretending that ADE benefit from sales in 30 countries, or has he stopped lying about that yet? Has he mentioned the fact that the recent exercise of warrants took place around ADE's financial year end and was quite possibly to provide sufficient cash for auditors to sign off as a going concern. Exercising warrants is an odd way to "demonstrate confidence" as this could have been done at much lower cost to directors by making market purchases. Has he provided any proof of his expected date for results, or is it just from his imagination, as his pump'n'dump team were spamming ADVFN for weeks about imminent brilliant AQL results, with absolutely no idea of when they would be released(FWIW AQL's results were actually very uninspiring when they finally appeared IMHO). All IMHO, DYOR etc. Rgds dell | dell314

26/8/2005 08:21 | We know what little volume buys can have regards effect of share price rise. And your purchase of 5600 shows what effect it can have Jez. If people have been sat on the sidelines, if they leave it till when Ben exercises his options, then they can expect to pay double the price that this stock is at today. The early bird catches the worm. Remember, most online trades will not go through as there is so little stock available. People MUST ring their brokers if they are to stand any chance of making sure they get their stock. TT | tiptornado
26/8/2005 08:08 | up already today this one will fly now | memoeryman
26/8/2005 08:06 | The 5600 is my buy. I know it's only a small punt - but more to follow! | jezbrown

25/8/2005 19:45 | Dave, More often than not, directors exercise options at nil cost. For example, if the shares go up to 8p he can exercise the options, sell half the holding to pay for that, and keep the other half for nothing. I believe that option issues should either be out of the money, for example exercisable at 6p, or subject to performance conditions, for example not vesting unless the share price reaches 8p. Whilst this issue may well act as an incentive to the director, I see it as a sign of worrying weak corporate governance. Don't overlook the dilutitive effects of options on the value of your (and my) own holdings. Unlike with the exercise of the warrants, I do not think that anyone can argue this option issue is a buy signal. | mark c graham
25/8/2005 18:11 | Mark C, I do not consider the options to be negative. 3.75 million shares @ 4p is £150,000 a considerable sum of money. I bet he is not on a big remuneration package as FD of a (at present) small company. He may only be able to exercise a few thousand pounds worth each year. The other directors that have exercised options have considerable amounts of money from successes with Holmes Place and LA Fitness. If he exercises some then it also is a means of exhibiting confidence in the company. Many directors do not hold many or indeed any shares in the company they direct. Dave | davew28
25/8/2005 17:35 | i happen to think it add a huge amount of confidence in this company | memoeryman
25/8/2005 17:23 | i will be topping up first thing if i can get some that is | memoeryman
25/8/2005 17:22 | The option announcement is not good news. The FD just gets a free one-way bet. The duration of the options is too long and there should be performance conditions attached. | mark c graham
25/8/2005 17:14 | with this option announce after trading this could fly in the morning | memoeryman
25/8/2005 17:13 | this is beginning to look a really good buy. | memoeryman |
