yes I just saw that too, so he want to put some money in again , must be confident. Im sure the 4p he is allowed to buy will be a real bargain in 2015

I see the FD has options on 3.75m shares at 4p.

"ADDleisure today granted an option to Ben Margolis, the Finance Director of the
Company, to subscribe for 3,750,000 new ordinary shares at 4 pence per share.
The option strike price is equivalent to the closing mid-market price of
ordinary shares of the Company on 24 August 2005.

The share option is exercisable from 25 August 2005 until 24 August 2015."

just been looking at the graph, i do hate chartists, but the double dip does look very similar which would point to a large rise about to happen......imo

I fully expect to see an RNS very very soon now saying Ben has exercised some of his options.
Remember Ben was the only Director without options.

If ever anyone wanted a sure fire sign that Addleisure is a worthy buy, then this just about seals it up.

Remember results are due end of October.
Directors have already exercised warrants at "5p" per share only a month or so ago.

Ben must have been feeling really cheesed off.

In my opinion, no point waiting until the RNS stating he has exercised some of his options, as by then the price would have risen to much.

With a little bit of activity today, they waited until market close to release news.

Guaranteed mark up tomorrow, but by how much depends on how many people manage to actually secure their shares.

Remember, it is so iliquid, you will probably be wasting your time trying to deal online, much better to ring them up and ask them to go to market, at least that way you should be able to get them.

IMO/DYOR etc etc.

Not interested in other boards and what they are saying. My interest is with ADE and if you look at the amount of excellent research done on this board, especially by memoeryman and tiptornado you will understand why the fundamentals of the company are very postitive.

Where are all your so called ramps? Quality directors of this company with products that are increasingly being sold. The directors have recently shown their belief in the company by investing £0.5m of their own money. That is not a ramp, that is a fact. Now go elsewhere and deramp.

thanks gazza - i have had my eye on these for a while and done some limited research. just decided to take the plunge, but a small one. the 33561 that just went through is mine. used some profit from ULT. a complete gamble on my behalf. lets hope it pays off.
