12/2/2007 10:03 | Centre of focus could well include Bridgewell. This sequence of events will surely draw some press coverage.... eenmakkie, do you suffer from a bi-polar disorder? | katylied
12/2/2007 10:03 | Price dropping with volume. NOT GOOD MOBIXELL ore followers will now gets its hands on the shares that it needs to pass the deal even for a lower bid than 43p Mobixell is very tied to Converce. Didn't they where the first mentioned in the takeover company for Adamind. Maybe Converce will buy Mobixell after Mobixell bought Adamind. Looks like this investigation came to a rescue to the small shareholers. I became one of the non-believers in Emblaze and all his family spinn-offs. REALLY DO LIKE THIS that in a certain way we small shareholders gets some protection. Can only be positive for small shareholders especialy if you look to the dramatic drop in share price after Emblaze sold out..... YAHOOOOO.... anyway 43p was very good for me, wanted to step out | eenmakkie
12/2/2007 10:00 | Another false market since 8th February. I suspect the integrity of the Israeli technology sector is being compromised. It is time they took some action.... | tullynessle
12/2/2007 09:58 | I think you are very much on the right lines there Bangsi..... | 2lb
12/2/2007 09:56 | Hmmm... "the FSA is investigating circumstances, statements and/or behaviour occurring prior to the Company making an adverse trading statement on 22 June 2006"... ..."and was in the process of seeking commitments from certain of its larger shareholders to accept an offer for the whole of its share capital"... Could it be that the 'larger shareholders' wanted more than the offer being made and therefore an adverse statement was issued to 'induce' co-operation ? | bangsi
12/2/2007 09:52 | Yet another interesting development. The FSA investigates on the "company's behalf". Interesting choice of words. Why has this taken so long? Have some big shareholders finally decided to call foul? By the by, don't hold you breath that the FSA will ever find anyone to prosecute. The guilty (Emblaze?) invariably get to walk. Could take a while though... | katylied
12/2/2007 09:51 | Well, not exaclty what I was hoping for this morning. Interesting that ADA were informed on Thursday and then there was a 2p gain on Friday? Cash situaton has not changed but can understand why the colling down on the takeover. Buyers will come as tyhe day progresses. Almost tempted to get on a plane to Barcelona.... An investigation into behaviout prior to the huge drop is probably a good thing - especially with the Emblaze connection and sell-off. So that now makes one onsolicited approach called off and one solicited approach called off. Maybe they shoud just concentrate on actually selling some solutions and making some profits rather than chasing a fast buck in traditional Isreali software company style....... | 2lb

12/2/2007 09:43 | Thats thrown a spanner in the works. Im not suprised Mobixell have decided to withdraw for the time being. The investigation is likely to focus on management and as they haven't really done much for shareholders Im not particularly worried if they get prosecuted and leave the company. A quick resolution should allow Mobixell to come back with an offer. I can understand now why no one was available today to take calls. | nickcduk
12/2/2007 09:40 | well according to nickcduck's link Mobixell were going to pay 43p per share so dont know why people are selling | lqs
12/2/2007 09:36 | For once I got out at right time, what is going on> They should clarify if there are any other bidders or not and now this adds more uncertainty. | joeblogg1000
12/2/2007 09:35 | Its obvious a 43p offer had been agreed and Mobixell pulled out at the last minute | lqs
12/2/2007 09:33 | Hmm looks like bad timing from me! | scburbs
12/2/2007 09:31 | Dramatic news. RNS Number:0783R Adamind Ltd 12 February 2007 Adamind Limited (Adamind or the "Company") Company Update The Company has been informed by the Financial Services Authority ("FSA") of the appointment of investigators on its behalf under the provisions of section 168 (3) of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 as a result of sections 168 (2)(a) and (d) of that Act. The Company understands that the FSA is investigating circumstances, statements and/or behaviour occurring prior to the Company making an adverse trading statement on 22 June 2006. The Company intends to co-operate fully with the FSA and its investigators. The Company intends to keep the market informed as appropriate. The Company was in the final stages of negotiation with a strategic buyer, Mobixell Networks Inc ("Mobixell"), and was in the process of seeking commitments from certain of its larger shareholders to accept an offer for the whole of its share capital. As a direct consequence of Adamind being made aware of the existence of the FSA's investigation on 8 February 2007, Mobixell informed the Company that it would not pursue the purchase of the whole of the Company's share capital. Adamind and Mobixell continue to discuss other alternatives. The parties have today announced a strategic alliance, under which they will share technologies, and integrate their product portfolios, and remain hopeful that a successful outcome can be achieved. 12/2/2007 09:31 | Well I am in for another 10k at 31p. The fact is it does not look like the immediate exit some were hoping for and that may cause sort term selling. However, it is a strategic tie up with the main competitor. In order for the main competitor to want such an alliance they must value ADA's non-cash business at more than 1p per share!! | scburbs
12/2/2007 09:26 | Agree with ee. this is to counter take over. I am out until clarrification occurs but possible trump bid if likes of Moto are the other parties as suggested here before? | joeblogg1000
12/2/2007 09:21 | Comverce is one of the partners of Mobixell. Under his leadership, Comverse expanded its enhanced services business in North America, selling a line of messaging and other value added products to the leading wireless carriers. | eenmakkie
12/2/2007 09:19 | "We gave more to the new CEO as she did get by the takeover company if the deal passed". That is the million dollar question! After the EGM I searched for info about it, but it was never published, it must be a secret? 2LB - 19 Jan'07 - 16:56 - 770 of 773 edit the EGM was to approve the Chairman's compensation for changing her role from non-exec to exec, which was passed. Ask 2LB he went to the EGM. | eenmakkie
12/2/2007 09:14 | MMS Congress 2007, Munich, Germany March 12th - 15th, 2007 Mobixell's Senior Representative will be speaking on the subject of "Assessing how advanced messaging applications can boost MMS revenues" - 13 March at 14:50 MMS Congress 2007 | eenmakkie
12/2/2007 09:12 | "We gave more to the new CEO as she did get by the takeover company if the deal passed". What ???????? | masurenguy
12/2/2007 09:10 | Looks more like a deal to counter the takeover by others. But why? Still think that the EGM of 19 January has something to do with it. We gave more to the new CEO as she did get by the takeover company if the deal passed. Mobixell, Who???!!! | eenmakkie
12/2/2007 09:03 | I would hold tight. There has been no formal announcement today. I rang the PR company up and it seems as though they are at sixes and sevens. Orna Berry is on a plane to Barcelona as we speak. I think the announcement got rushed and that they were hoping no one in the UK would pick up on it. Now that it is out I would imagine they issue a statement pretty quickly with the terms and hopefully an offer of 43p on the table. | nickcduk
12/2/2007 08:50 | could there even be a 3rd 3rd party? | lqs
12/2/2007 08:49 | Could the rushed press release on Sunday be related to the Mobile Phone conference that starts today (Monday)at Barcelona. I suppose it is possible that the strategic alliance is in preparation for other news or corporate activity - there were "two third parties" referred to in the Trading Update Press Release on 14th December. As yet we have not received any information about the other "3rd party". I own a few ADA / DYOR | tullynessle |
