For the purposes of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company's total issued share capital following the placing will be 41,276,616 ordinary shares. ..." Glavey, You're being too generous. The placing at 4.4p was actually a 63.33% discount to the pre-existing share price of 12p. Strange that the price rose on Friday: Price Price Change [%] Bid Offer Open High Low Volume 0.15 0.025 [20.83] 0.12 0.17 0.11 0.15 0.11 12,586 Market Cap. glavey: Issue of Equity. Really wonderful how all these related party transactions are just passed off as fair and reasonable at a 50% discount to current share price when it represents a near 80% dilution for those not invited to participate. Last year they flogged off a few assets and gave themselves a bung to mop up the returns. If they want to run it as a private fiefdom why not make an offer to buy out the other shareholders.
bam bam rubble: Funds were raised a lot lower than the current share price. Raised €272k at 2c in Mar 2013, by the end of that month cash was down to €139k Probably near zero by Sep 2014, hence the options exercise to raise €150k at 2c.
ucnut: Busy all day today but good to see the share price have some activity. Knowing is correct in the fashion that limits are defined and is exactly the same as i check. What will we see next week as it seems that early doors someone wanted to buy a quantity of stock?
ucnut: Gelp nice to have another poster and holder of ADA on the thread. I think we are buying a company which is undervalued and with good potential with property rebounding this will have to be taken into account sooner rather than later and a re-rating of the share price to boot. As we have mentioned already this stock is held closely by a few and any good news will definatly see this trade much higher. We all know that they will limit stock and any size will often pay a premium so a good idea to buy whilst you can. At a price of 10p this would convert into a capitalisation of £2M based on the 20M shares in circulation which is certainly not unachievable.
eenmakkie: yes and the pound is dropping even more to the euro, my investment that had to be a gain because bought it below the payout price, turned to a big loss on the pound because they wait and wait till they have grown a long beard, but they most have already a long beard, so on what are they waiting for.... o maybe they spend our tax money already on the war.... Istanbully totally understand your feeling about buying some more Israeli shares.... An other run by company, "For kids entertainment" The had years of big profits, but never paid a dividend, accumulated a profit of 200million$ cash, but never paid a dividend. On 5 years they consumed the money with directors payouts, options, stocks,.... And the share price dropped from the high 20ties to 1 a 2 dollars now.
par12: What they should have done is brought back the shares from holders for 29p rather than give a divi; as we all know Divi's are taxable and can not even be used as a loss on a gain; I reckon they are trying to allow large holders to get the max out of a zero rated share price.
nickcduk: mmc71 - Im afraid you are wrong about it making no difference to the total payout. You are at the mercy of the forex rates. I have quite a chunky holding here and if cable moves 1% it equates to £1600 to me. On a more surprising note is that the shares actually went XP yesterday. The shares should therefore have been marked down 26.5p. If anyone sold yesterday they will still be entitled to the 26.5p payout. The market makers haven't adjusted their prices today as there is still some confusion out there as to what the dates are. There is however no market in the stock as the MM figure out whats going on. I imagine later on today the share price will fall sharply to reflect yesterdays XP. It is a total shambles but Ive come to expect nothing more from ADA.
masurenguy: "KatyLied - 21 Jan'08 - 14:12 - 8549 of 12046: No coogar, you don't understand. Brown has bottled. They will not be a nationalization. It is just a bluff now. That is why the share-price bounced today. The city knows it...And the city boys are rubbing their hands with glee, at the promise of a massive fee..." LOL - well done katylied - you really called Northern Rock right !
