Some participating in recent share offer and presumably some of those are restatements of holdings ahead of general meeting/voting and following several tranches of new share issues.

Sadly AEG only appears to have a couple of sacks of pellets. And they don't have a permit to mill more. And they don't yet have another fresh design from which to order parts to build a reactor with which to manufacture pellets to test for air pollutants in order to get an air permit to allow them to manufacture pellets. If they had any of those ducks in a row, then yes - almost certainly. Sadly they keep shooting their own ducks.

Pleasingly they have recently issued a shed load more shares to raise some funds to keep the lights on while they go hunting another duck.

Lombard Odier Asset Management held 12.3% and is now down to 10%. I think that means sold around 80 million. Sure be shifting a few more and the reason for the continuing decline in share price Great to see a major investor backing the BOD plan...

Well, what a Christmas gift. I didn't think it would get this bad but the market has zero confidence in the BOD. They feel 0.2p overvalued and don't fancy funding the bod for their Spring 5-star holiday. What an absolute shambles.

Be helpful to know with all the recent inaccurate RNS by Rowan does Gravendock still have the lockin for the 12 months?

How much is Lumberton costing us per month and why isn't this sold as we clearly can't operate a kettle let alone a plant!

RNS released today at 12.15pm

Active Energy, the London AIM-quoted renewable energy business focused on the production of next generation energy pellets, confirms that, further to its announcements on 9 December 2021, it has today posted a circular to Shareholders setting out details of the Placing and the Subscription. The Circular includes a notice of General Meeting to be held at the Eccleston Square Hotel, 37 Ecclestone Square, London, SW1V 1PB on 29 December 2021, at 10:00am.

I will certainly be attending & for those of you who known of my involvement in securing the CoalSwitch technology into AEG it will be a very lively affair & I hope to see you all there.

MR will sell them a story! Either fund or goodnight Vienna. They will raise I'm sure but a complete mess and surely someone is squeezing the BOD as beyond incompetent.

Unfortunately sid79 the Twitter story AEG announced on 27th July stating they'd produced 100 tons was proven to be very economical with the truth like many of Rowan's once upon a time stories. The real truth was confirmed by the Head of permitting for the Maine Government when he announced it was nearer only 8 tons just before the reactors were damaged. This also fully contradicted Rowan's statement made during the July AGM broadcast when he stated the vitally important Pacific Corp order had been delivered on time & on schedule.

This morning there seems to be a buy for 5.2m shares (judging by the price). Yesterday after hours one for 25m and the other for just under 9m
