They must have received prior consent as per previous announcement.

Gravendonck Private Foundation sold another 3%. I thought we were told by management that there were now locked in?

They still hold 18.3% of the listed shares.

I should have bought in at 0.38 last year, but ended up getting in at 1p and 1.15p quite a fair chunk wrapped up in this, my head is telling me to splurge more cash in at this price, but my experience and total distrust in the board, and lack of social media updates is telling me noooo. The product and concept is so appealing but unfortunately Rowan is not.

Maqsood,Such an email may indeed follow. My concerns are currently over serial failures, repeated changes in strategy, reduced cashflow and - one assumes - a rescue fundraising down the line to keep the gravy train running. And at what price?I have been here a long time. I need a second washing.G.

I thought that washing the product was part of the AEG process zt? "The proprietary CoalSwitch™ process includes subjecting steam-exploded biomass to a second washing step to remove additional salts and light volatile compounds derived from the biomass." Or should there be another washing process?

Not a patent expert, but i'd prefer to have the product patent. Which is no doubt linked to a process patent. AEG don't wash their product and its probably will fail, thus not the same at the other product which is proven.

If the process is the only way to manufacture the product, is there any value in a patent over that product? To put it another way, if AEG called their product Switchcoal and patented that, would that work?

The patents are for process NOT product.

Zeetruth,

My understanding is that AEG have been awarded patents in US & Canada - and in Canada these are under licence to RMDE.

Is that incorrect?

Thanks G you got me perfectly correct great tech although the product patent is not owned by AEG and current management notably the CEO ruined that relationship (he loves a legal letter).

maqsood7,

you should try a different broker - I have plenty available on offer to me. On what basis do you see this multibagging from here? And before it falls further or from this base?

My issue in buying any more at present is a shocking track record and questions as to what price the next raise will be at.

Isa - in suggesting to zeetruth that he shouldn't trash the company I think it is better to say that he shouldn't trash the technology - which he isn't. The technology is good when implemented as intended - we saw that a few years ago when initially installed in Utah under old management.

Current management - who run "the company" dismantled it, moved it, failed to get a permit, moved it again on a temporary permit, raised funds for a lumber operation, installed equipment, closed the lumber operation, supplied a few pellets on a contract the previous management won and then broke the reactor.

Now, previous management also raised funds for a lumber operation in Ukraine, bought equipment and then closed the operation - but at least they had a war to blame that on.

Reasons to be cheerful?

Agree, a number of things said and not kept. And as you worked with both previous and current CEO, that must be hard.As CEO is the spokes person for company, so any half truths are thus coming for the company. So question, how do you hold someone to account as a person; and not trash the company, in the process.Answers on a post cardYheAnswers on a post cardI thing first is to disconnect the kink between the role and peraon.

The other management condoned his behavior. And whilst I appreciate you must hold stock I am not trying to trash AEG but the CEO needs to be held accountable for his lies!

Oh, that sounds bad. Please feel free to take action, aa you see fit. However please dont pull down Aeg with the CEO, (i assume the issues are with management and not the produxt by your kast comment) as some long term investment by PIs that i am sure respect and feel for whats happen, they also have hard earn cash invesred. In short going after and trashing the business is bad for all.
