Dave we need a minor miracle. Maybe they can sell Lumberton but will most likely be sold to directors/buddies for half the value. We need a big investment to move this forward and new leadership. Sadly the PI will continue to get screwed.

garth you have not commented on this

One would logically think any big holders will not be happy to say the least

Could the above be used in any legal action ?

Could it be used to cancel any past agreements eg lock-ins ?

This is now a very bad chart and trust has taken a knock more than once it seems from reading the posts

What price do these pellets sell for V white pellets and is Canada the perceived market for the present ?

What is the expected profit on say 100Kg of the product ?

I bought some last week around 0.34p

I almost bought more yesterday but resisted phew.

Bit annoyed with myself, you could see yesterday some people were privy to this dumping at any price below 0.3p, thought about selling but then got distracted

It will spike again, might take a few months but I'll get my money back I reckon

Nothing will happen, i've written to Player to warn them and have suggested they get into contact and I hand over evidence that could see MR and AEG in a lot of trouble.

We have yet to complete a full test, this is most likely 6-12 months away even if things go smoothly (they never do here).

Technology moves so quickly that this could be old news. Shocking from the bod. We managed 100 tonnes after raising millions (every year)and even the test run was a farce and broke the reactor.

volsung,

It depends what gets used as feedstock. Look at the RMDE case studies.

Terminator,

No one is suprised. They told us in the last results. It was clear to anyone following the company well before that.

Been here so many times before, this could be the final raise (to keep the bod going for 6 more months). Shambles and standard AIM corruption.

The market knows, no cash, no permit, no revenue, and no hope.

Will our tech ultimately end up in Player hands?

One further question is whether Gravendonck will participate and whether they were pre-offered shares at 0.2p

Dave,

Player Design are the design-build partner for the updated plant. I assume he is the owner.

0.2 on the cards indeed with the fundraise announced this morning. It was well flagged in the last results that it was coming.

It provides an unwanted opportunity for me to feel cross again. A couple of lines of the announcement in particular:

" Active Energy has never been so relevant and the need to ensure that the first scaled manufacturing facility at Ashland, Maine is constructed and operational as soon as possible to accommodate these opportunities is an important next phase for the Company."

That has been true for a few years now...

"With the continuing support of existing shareholders, Active Energy will complete the engineering and design work, apply for the required permits and place orders for the long-lead items of equipment for the Ashland facility in Maine. These next steps allow AEG to demonstrate, to prospective customers worldwide, its commitment towards delivery of commercial volumes of CoalSwitch(TM) in the near future."

Applying for the necessary permits seems like a good idea... (good grief) and it isn't going to be quick to get that equipment (long lead times - will need more cash by the time they are done I guess)
Highlights

-- Firm Placing, using the Company's existing share allotment and disapplied pre-emption right authorities, to raise GBP1.37 million (before expenses) through the issue of 685,000,000 New Ordinary Shares at the Issue Price.

-- Conditional Placing to raise GBP1.40 million (before expenses) through the issue of 702,218,000 New Ordinary Shares at the Issue Price.

Only another circa 1.5 billion bloat shares then?

-- Subscription by Player Design in the amount of $1.0 million (approximately GBP0.75 million) through the issue of 375,940,001 Subscription Shares at the Issue Price.

Interesting. But I guess they want their contract and already have some sink-cost

-- Certain Directors of the Company have indicated that they intend to acquire, in aggregate, GBP61,000 of Placing Shares pursuant to the Conditional Placing.

TBH I read this one at first as Directors applying for 61,000 shares - which equates to about £120. I guess that reflects the (fair) jaundiced view with which I have come to view this whole mess.

My own views only.

Looks like the AEG BOD will overdeliver and smash that 0.3p target. No reply to any emails or communication, radio silence whilst they grab their cash.

0.2p on the cards, thanks MR.

AEG delivering sub 0.3p for Christmas. No news, no PR, no cash, and plenty of people on the gravy train at HQ. Shambles.
