04/1/2013 10:28 | With no dilution expected, a massive order book and potential of many many more deals, my price prediction for the next 12 months is 24p. | encarter
04/1/2013 10:25 | Fully funded and penty of good news coming so very exciting to be part of the ACTA story. As momentum builds over the next few months and more investors come aboard, the sky truly is the limit for us. | encarter
04/1/2013 10:13 | Placing stock getting cleared, online offer getting closer and closer to full monitor offer, now 5.45p, full offer buys soon will be the signal. | 34simon
03/1/2013 19:26 | I believe the term is 'no brainer'. | encarter
03/1/2013 18:53 | Good value here. Simple as that! | vivgav
03/1/2013 17:47 | Like a January sale, placing stock around 5.35p will not last for ever, grab the bargain before the sale signs are took down and replaced with full price of 6p :-)) | 34simon
03/1/2013 13:16 | Investment case is compelling; just nabbed another 100k whilst they're unloved. Could well be a multi-bagger here in a year or two. | philjeans
03/1/2013 12:59 | where is the link please for the full report? | euclid5
03/1/2013 12:02 | moreforus 3 Jan'13 - 11:56 - 189274 of 189281 0 0 ACTA (ACTA.L) - Speculative Buy at 5.5p Acta is focused on the opportunities it has with its Anion Exchange Membranes (AEM) technologies in the small scale generation of hydrogen. There are a host of applications that could use hydrogen but which at present cannot justify the expense of local delivery or generation. Acta are making progress in power back-up for mobile telecoms, small electric vehicles, welding systems and education aids. It is expected that the main driver to revenues and profits in the coming years will be the generation of hydrogen for use in power back-up systems in telecom infrastructure. 03/1/2013 07:51 | Looks like we will be able to pick these up even cheaper today thanks to a short sighted placee. I suppose at 5.25-5.5 the MMs are displaying the true spread rather than the artificial one we have had since Christmas Eve. | simonparker5
31/12/2012 13:13 | Yes, I imagine the only two sales of the day were at 5.45p. Placees are clearly taking profits around that level, while the official spread is entirely mythical. | luminoso
31/12/2012 12:29 | Quoted prices bear little resemblance to market prices. Seems a little odd that this is not 5.25/5.50 | mattjos
30/12/2012 07:42 | My average is under 5p so It's not too bad for me, though I see your point. It would have been tight but they could have managed without the placing imho and it is a little annoying that a large chunk of the stock has gone to someone looking for a quick buck rather than investors. Hydrogen power has arrived and will be a massive part of our lives imho. ACTA are now fully funded and heading for profitability. We should see steady buying over 2013 as momentum builds. California are getting serious about hydrogen powered cars. There's no stopping it now. | encarter
28/12/2012 22:30 | and I bought more today at 5.7p doh! With so much news expected, too risky to wait to buy imho. | encarter
28/12/2012 16:16 | 5.501 to buy at present | mattjos
28/12/2012 13:19 | Encarter, its possible that the ii who bought into this placing at 5p also participated in the previous placing at 4pence. Their average could therefore be lower than 5p so they could take it lower. In the medium term this just presents buying opportunities for us PI's to get in at the placing price. | ianous
28/12/2012 13:08 | Placing shares at 5p so if they want a quick profit these can't go much lower. Fully funded and plenty of deals in the pipeline so only good news to come, with plenty of upside. A couple of buys at the bid and they drop it????????? Been on the Christmas sherry I think. | encarter
27/12/2012 13:51 | Yep, the email must have prompted it. Cheers and Happy New Year all. | luminoso
27/12/2012 13:44 | i'd say you got them now luminoso | mattjos
27/12/2012 13:19 | ianous/mattjos Thanks. Yes, it seems logical that some placees would want 10% selling at 5.5. So buying will be around 5.7ish, give or take .05, possibly for some time to come. I have emailed Fastrade about it as it would be interesting to know why the order remains unfilled. | luminoso
27/12/2012 12:43 | Give em a call and ask them to work the order for you luminoso | mattjos
27/12/2012 12:20 | Luminoso, buys now at 5.7p. Can buy up to 250,000 at this price. Can't sell any so looks like those buying through the placing are dripping their shares to the market for a quick profit. My guess is this will go down in the short term with no buying pressure, so might be worth waiting a bit for your trade. | ianous
27/12/2012 10:42 | Luminoso I am with NatWest Brokerline for any others out there that can back up what I am saying. A 20k sell is being quoted at 5.5p so keep trying Luminoso and your order should be filled!! Good luck BB | barrieb
27/12/2012 10:18 | Hi BarrieB Tried a dummy buy and it was still 5.85 on Fastrade this morning. Have placed another order for 20000 at 5.75, as I did on Christmas eve, which was not filled then. Will see what happens. Maybe I should change broker. | luminoso |
