02/2/2013 15:03 | Fair enough Matt. . and I cannot disagree with anything you say there.I personally think ACTA will in double figures before the Summer - still very much out of radar for many investors - but the fund raising, contracts and expansion in production facilities is all pointing to a very positive run from here. .GL to all holdersStone | stoneme
02/2/2013 09:34 | nice chart of late | vivgav
02/2/2013 00:11 | encarter, you are probably correct. I did wonder though if events at Seyp this week may have been the cause of distraction. In any event, I remain of the opinion that given the outlook for the business itself & on a peer group comparison, the current market cap is significantly below where it should be, especially as the tech sector overall is now coming back into favour after a long time in the shadows. It is my contention that it is only disruptive innovation that will take the global economy out of this current malaise despite what the politicians and bankers will have you believe. The fact that a few selected participants in the recent placing are choosing to flip a proportion of their stock for a 20% gain (as a means of de-risking their initial investment and provide some liquidity for the obvious demand) should be seen as no more than a short-term hurdle to the price. Once this, + a few sellers from the 4-5p level are done then, i'd expect demand to outstrip supply & the share price movements on a chart prove the underlying upward demand. The charts suggests to me that at some future point the 'buy on the dips' mentality will instantly switch to a straight forward 'just buy it' mindset and buying now above the 6p level might be proof of that starting to emerge. That said, i remain mindful that the markets are tearing away at present & traders might run for the hills if we see a few triple digit red-days on the Dow. There seem to be so many different rabbits on the run here at present that, it is almost impossible to predict what might pop up next, & when, in terms of news but, since the CEO is both a proven entrepreneur & a recognised scientist, I find it very hard to believe that he has lightly committed to diluting his own equity as a means to expanding both headcount and space unless, he feels very confident that the business is on the cusp of a significant step-change in the near-term. | mattjos
01/2/2013 23:04 | Sellers don't have an afternoon off, they place X amount of stock to sell at a minimum price and it sits there until it's gone. More good news next week imho. | encarter
01/2/2013 22:07 | Matt / so what do you think the share price will be in 3 months? Higher or lower? | stoneme
01/2/2013 20:34 | you cannot conclude that. Just as likely that the seller had an afternoon off in the face of a huge market move on the indeces and the price reacted accordingly with some buyers about. | mattjos
01/2/2013 20:25 | Simply going higher now. | vivgav
01/2/2013 16:35 | Looks like all free stock is cleared. We should see mostly buyers now as good news pours in. Don't sell yourselves short chaps, ACTA are going places, hydrogen is the future. | encarter
01/2/2013 16:30 | moz do you only ever post full stops? | mattjos
01/2/2013 16:20 | nada online | mattjos
01/2/2013 16:18 | Looks like a large line of stock has been cleared, looks good now. | 34simon
01/2/2013 16:13 | Placing stock cleared because full offer buys, not seen that for a while. | 34simon
31/1/2013 20:32 | Yep. They will regret it in a few weeks! | moz8
30/1/2013 18:24 | Amazing that anyone would be selling these. For Christ sake do yourselves a favour and do some research. A market cap of 50m wouldn't be over the top for ACTA imho. Off topic, take a look at TYR. Things about to take off there imho but please dyor. | encarter |
