but largest two holdings are the debt specialists: ACD & RECI/RECP

Lol i hav stayed at home...had a tree to prune in the close where i live..will do that tomorrow when its not snowing...after that until the white stuff clears i wont be working...hav tax stuff to sort and plenty to do in the house...but sunday i think will go walking on the downs if the white stuff is still around..and take my camera.

Hold RECP/RECI....considering a few more RECI...bought a few more ACD yesterday

As you say, the Tender Offer is now an irrelevance. What we (I) can focus on is January 2015, and the return of cash. I remain a buyer.

An informative update.

# The managers would be disappointed if they couldn't achieve 5% per annum.

# Wind-up date planned for January 2015

## The 20% return of capital in 2013 will be achieved not by a Tender offer, but by buying in the market at a discount thereby increasing NAV for remaining holders.

The managers of the underlying funds have enviable track records, and I see no reason why they can't continue to perform. With a decent wind, I believe we could be looking at a NAV in two years time of 115-120.
