02/5/2017 12:52 | It's been ticking up nicely. :) | louis07789
02/5/2017 12:24 | The share price is hovering around the 80 level, which it's touched a few times, but doesn't seem to want to breach it, yet! A very nice 18% increase YTD though. | timberwolf
24/4/2017 16:57 | Irene, I also took up my allowance and applied for substantially more. I thought the shares could be traded if necessary today but, by the looks, no! Strange or am I missing something? | spudders
24/4/2017 07:35 | It looks like things are progressing well. | this_is_me
22/4/2017 06:16 | I took up the o/o but as it was massively oversubscribed I don't expect to get many. With the shares closing today at 66p I anticipate they are unlikely to go back below 62p in the immediate future. Still, good news for the company and it will bring welcome publicity to the project. | irenekent
10/4/2017 18:24 | Anyone taken up the o/o. With the share price dropping don't look worthwhile ! | spudders
30/3/2017 18:18 | Can buy on the open market for less money than the offer. Article in todays times business on AXS | david2013

04/1/2017 10:09 | Bizarre price action. Just wondering if there's another company's announcement today that has some impact on AXS - or has some news leaked? Or is it just a tree shake so MM can make some early trading revenue in the NY! Whatever, seems to be regaining a little ground now... | le4r
04/1/2017 08:38 | Nothing in terms of announcements to account for this major fall in price, and loads of buying??? | jadeticl3
04/1/2017 08:36 | Odd share price behaviour today. | this_is_me
19/11/2016 11:22 | Grand Designs featured Accsys on Wednesday evening. Still holding and hopeful 😃 | spudders

08/9/2016 16:29 | According to a friend of mine Accoya continues to fly off the shelf in the UK. However, thereby lies one issue, and that is that the UK is by far the biggest market for the product (I believe it accounts for around 25% of worldwide sales)with relatively slow sales growth in all the other markets where it's sold. I understand that there is a good push going on in the USA market and it would only need that to succeed to see a big jump in the share price That said, though, you wouldn't want it immediately, as the production needs to be ramped up first. It'll be interesting to see how things develop over the next year, or so. I've been a shareholder for some years now and look at it as a medium-long term investment, topping up from time to time on dips. As for Tricoya, I don't have much feedback, but it certainly has the potential for good growth too, from the little of what I've heard. | timberwolf
07/9/2016 18:50 | Thanks for your summary Stephen. Most useful to know the practicalities and cost implications. I am still not sure what is happening to the Freiburg plant but when Hull comes on stream this share will probably be rerated by a significant margin. It appears that Accoya and Tricoya are increasingly visible to the trade and feedback from Architects is that it is the material of choice for shop windows and future proof windows! Time will tell. | david2013
15/8/2016 06:30 | Very difficult to compare as trycoa comes in sheet form but what it is replacing comes in all shapes and sizes. I would say traditional timber costs between 60% to 80% less. Traditional timber does not last anything like as long as trycoa but most builders are not bothered, they only think of cost. I only use it if it is asked for. | stephencracknell
14/8/2016 20:22 | sc, What does an 8*4 competitive product cost ? | serratia
14/8/2016 14:16 | Well i am a joiner and have used both accoya and tricoya and can report that both are excellent products and indeed tricoya will be a revalation. I have been thinking about investing in this company for longer than i care to remember but never have. Two things prevent me - cost - the tricoya i have used is a waterproof mdf costing around £100 per 8' * 4' sheet, i will not invest until this price is significantly lower. No2 can another company copy this? I suspect that they can and until i am happy that they cant i will not invest | stephencracknell
14/8/2016 09:35 | Feedback from our local joiner is the same. He has made several sets of windows out of Accoya and reports that it is excellent to work with. Can anyone guide me as to how the factory in Frieburg is progressing? I am slowly accumulating shares as I believe this company could be heading toward significant growth. | david2013 |
