23/2/2024 08:55 | I think bailing out at 96p was a wise decision on my part and was able to build up my shareholding in hvo, which ticked all the right fundamentals of a stock. | baldrick1
23/2/2024 08:53 | You can buy it, they already have done. they've also already invested heavily in the states. The foundations are solid so long as the regulators stay away. | trying2trade

22/2/2024 22:56 | Last year FY results net debt was 1.7 billion since then every quarter group is making loss which debt should go up this year. WH lease liabilities , interest on debts & wages , high taxes another 800-900m . which doesn't look good. Revenues target missed by 25% & YTY revenue down 7% | blackhorse23

22/2/2024 19:02 | Black horse talking nonsense as usual Net debt is about £1.4 billion according to the FT and it is reducing fast 100p will be the new floor for the share price here before the inevitable takeover bid at about £2.50 comes from either Playtech or Draftkings And even without a bid there will be a gradual increase to £2.50 as the eps increases over the next 2 years Market screener has a consensus forecast eps of 25p and this gives a share price of £2.50 assuming a market average PE of 10 | popit
22/2/2024 18:13 | DraftKings bought Jackpocket for $750,000 Million 55% as cash ( $412,000 Million) and 45% as DraftKings Stock the deal will take 6 months to complete. There was no need to raise capital for the deal. Regarding DraftKings asking about 888 Holdings, the discussions focused on an all-share acquisition with DraftKings stock. This happened last June 2023 and most people know DraftKings withdrew. If DraftKings were thinking of acquiring 888 Holdings a similar scenario would probably happen. The thinking on discussions was focused on the operation with Debt paid. At the time the debt was a concern with climbing interest rates within the USA and UK. The situation now has changed with inflation falling and a projection of Interest rates falling in the USA/UK in 2024. The projection of online gambling to increase via mobile up to 2030 and beyond. The white paper seems to favor local bookies( Betting Shops). On paper, DraftKings would think 888 Holdings would add to its Portfolio gaining UK/EU market share. The revenue outlook looking forward would generate £400 to £500 million per quarter. , with debt paid the margin of profit would be on an upward trend with some benefit of cost-cutting over the group. | hope1815
22/2/2024 17:27 | Few weeks ago at trading update down 20% to 70p because of declining revenue & made loss. Group has debt & liabilities in total around 2.8 billion, that is the main concern. 22/2/2024 16:28 | I don't think an offer from drafts kings will be happening the have just over 750m USD in the last week on acquisitions. | oneillshaun
22/2/2024 16:12 | Debt gearing ratio is always a big risk in the operation of any businesses..Like 888 and APH both have high gearing ratios.Cashing out at 96p and immediately putting some of proceeds into hvo..no debts , 37 million pounds in the bank, 62millions projected revenues for 2024, paying dividends, 90 percent revenue visibility till 2025 etc. | baldrick1
