This week it really gets exciting. The main stimulation commenced yesterday to be followed by flow tests. I can really see I reason why it should not flow well as it's in the sweet spot. We will all know very soon.

Can I ask, how do know the main stimulation stared yesterday.

Also, the RNS said they frack the top HRZ, then the lower HRZ.
Are you saying the "top" frack, is the main one.

From HC overnight (Lazarus)

There are about 4.6b shares on issue. There are about 600m options issued. About 400m of these are listed 'oppies' (exercise price of 2 cents by 2nd March 2018) and the rest are various unlisted options at various dates and prices for exercise. When any of these options (listed or unlisted) get exercised, there is a dilution. Given all options are currently "in the money" it is logical to assume that they will all be exercised sooner or later (unless 2v fails). Hence you often hear 'talk' around here of approx 5.2b shares on a fully diluted basis.

Todays announcement was for 1m unlisted oppies (@5.5c) from a US placement investor and approx 2.4m listed oppies (@2c). Total of approx 3.4m shares issued. Chicken feed really.

Some huge buys but price is staying down. Shaping up nicely for small rise this afternoon leading into a nice rise next week.

Options price not provided neither was the identity of the buyer (s). Someone is taking a risk or is in a position to know something that we dont !

They've proved it's there and will now prove it will flow or not. All indications are it will flow like a conventional play. Best shales recorded to date in the world. Risk reward has edged closer in our favour. Each acre may soon be worth upto 20k. 400k acres. For sale sign will go up soon enough.

Hmm think the flow rate will do more than justify the current price, as reward could be multiple, so a higher pre news price is justified. Risk yes, but think reward also imo
