Some people are of the opinion that their opinion is right simply because they know they are right ! Typically those people are considered opinionated and quite often self opinionated which is worse ! Trouble is you can't tell a self opinionated person that they are one because that would be your opinion which goes against what they believe !

I’m not sure I understand your logic amaretto....why would they do a placing at 110 when they could have done one today for instance at let’s say 125...what’s your thing about 110?....that’s the merger price and has no bearing on anything...price could go 500 or 50 but it certainly has no reason to go to 110 for any reason whatsoever...

Amaretto why do you want a company you are apparently invested in to fall...seems a bit weird to me....may as well set fire to your wallet it’s quicker than waiting for your obsession with 110

Imho the reason for drop in share price is announcement of dilution prior to listing, not that it is a problem to most but it is a problem for those seeking a fast buck on Nasdaq listing in a few short weeks, they have and will now move onto the next fast buck....I take comfort in the knowledge that holders of considerably more shares than me are happy to dilute for the long term company growth for which they see value and benefit..Each to there own but please filter those that offer zero technical input.....(That probably includes me haha)Might filter myself !!

How many times have we seen this ? The share price is volatile and whilst disappointing for the last couple of trading sessions we know how it will bounce back ! We know the vote is only a couple of weeks away and we know the outcome. Be ready to see a big rise, so predictable !
