DP and AS have lots of shares and they don't want dilution anymore than us. That is why they have kept fund raise to a minimum. By end of 2021 when the shares are £15 each, fund raise will be easier without diluting too much.

If you are unable to accept a share requires people kicking the tyres every so often rather than being populated with 100% cheerleaders, then may I suggest you are obviously a nervous investor and should sell. Having held on the drop to 35p, my nerves are just fine and don't remember you being here at that time?

Apologies if I have interpreted the Circular RNS incorrectly, did read it quite quickly for me...but it states under additional funding:

The Board is therefore seeking approval at the General Meeting to issue new shares on a non-pre-emptive basis for up to 40 per cent. of the Company's Enlarged Issued Share Capital (following Completion). The Board will update Shareholders as appropriate regarding any future funding proposals. It remains of the opinion that the NASDAQ Listing will provide access to specialist healthcare investors in the US.

I can now see if we take the Enlarged Share Capital it won’t be as much, apologies again if my comment mislead anyone.

So does the $25m seem too conservative, while we've got this golden opportunity?

We will be around 200p in couple of weeks if not more prior to vote. The yanks and Nasdaq investors see a fund raise as a positive unlike here on AIM ! Really nothing to worry about imo !

so in essence a small fund raise to help short term cash flow vs. confirmation of Nasdaq listing (rubber stamp approval last step) that should mean a massive re-rate of 4D MCAP in line with its peers.
