01/3/2021 13:23 | Good boy Devonlad, know your place however delighted you have been browsing through the book on shares you got for xmas. | cwebb07
01/3/2021 13:20 | All this speculation is great fun, but surely private placing is not at all the same as a public offering (and not saying that is a bad thing either). But it seems the meaning of the word dilution is getting diluted here. Unless you want to talk voting rights maybe? | thresholdbypass
01/3/2021 12:52 | It is not just about ' filling it' but identifying institutions that might even pay a premium for a chunk in the company. These things do happen. | the donald
01/3/2021 12:42 | Obviously filling orders | little minx
01/3/2021 12:35 | It can only be up to 40% so won't be any bigger- at this stage | f3rdinand
01/3/2021 12:31 | Depends how much they raise though surely. 40-50m fair enough but surely that level of stock would sell itself, and they wouldn't need today's appointments. Especially if what they've said is true and there is massive institutional demand. My worry is that the raise is going to be bigger. But there wouldn't be any need for more money would there? Assuming there wouldn't be a need, the only possible reason to raise more would be because institutions want in cheap, but I can't see that going down well with oliveira and the like. Just thinking aloud here... | georgethefourth
01/3/2021 12:30 | Strange such a tight spread | little minx
01/3/2021 12:27 | TT, you could be right, it has been apparent for weeks they are keeping a lid on DDDD, but it is all speculation as to the level of any raise. Duncan has a significant holding, he will be seeing the $ signs we all do with the potential. There is nothing to say $30-50m is not raised at £1.80. Delivering a premium raise just as we list, it would add great momentum to the Nasdaq listing. Very happy to wait myself, just 14 more trading days to find out. | mark10101
01/3/2021 12:23 | U.K.: Raising capital & BOD hiring is bad as share dilution & extra costs. Short-sighted bedwetters. USA: Raising capital to grow & bringing in key people to facilitate that growth; viewed as positive & ambitious steps towards future profit. I hope we delist from AIM as soon as we list on Nasdaq. | jackrussell3
01/3/2021 12:14 | I bow down to your greater knowledge cwebb, must go and buy a nice insurance company or even better a bank! | devonlad
01/3/2021 12:02 | Everyone knew they would raise on Nasdaq listing. Quite happy if they get $30-$40m around £1.30. Ask yourself why 2 experienced US managers would be coming onboard unless they have done due diligence and have liked what they see! | blueblood
01/3/2021 11:56 | Sorry Devonlad but whilst you are trying to sound all knowledgeable the truth is a dilution looks like it is on the cards | cwebb07
01/3/2021 11:50 | If it were an AIM raise I would agree with you but this is a Private Placing with US investors. FWIW My guess is they will raise around £40m-50m between £1.10 - £1.30 the difference being US investors see fund raising as a positive step and tend to pile in thereafter | trotterstrading
01/3/2021 11:48 | Are we so sure it's just stupid British investors? How likely do people think it is that a fundraising has/is being talked about to coincide with the US listing. And at a price that isn't quite as spectacular as many on here want to think - eg 120s. I'm a holder before I'm accused of being a deramper, and this is my biggest holding - even after selling a quarter last week | georgethefourth
01/3/2021 11:22 | Used profit from Wales beating England on Sat to pick up some more at 1.29. I love thick English punters. I'm english by the way | jackrussell3
01/3/2021 11:06 | Yup. Me too at 130.6364. Now reaching down back of sofa for more cash. | bradders51
01/3/2021 11:04 | the bots are running the show, they saw the double top at 150p and played it down, now oversold on the hourly chart so it will turn in its own time. With no big buyer or seller, they can control the share price to make their money either way. | devonlad
01/3/2021 10:54 | Yes, although I have quite a few, me too volsung. Amazingly disappointing share price response today imo. But a further opportunity to add if one wishes to. | scottishfield
01/3/2021 10:52 | Got a few more for 133.3p | volsung
01/3/2021 08:31 | I was referring to best. | eeza
01/3/2021 08:30 | Not sarcasm at all, just don't want to miss key information | zydecoco
01/3/2021 08:29 | Mates rates no doubt! | katsy
01/3/2021 08:26 | As usual, the market is giving us every indication of where the raise will be priced. | the drewster
01/3/2021 08:22 | Looks like 2 decent appointments. Would expect details of the raise to come in the next week or two. | mr roper |
