Legal and general up thier stake in 1spatial. Looking positive.

Starting to move up. If at some stage this company are taken over the value paid will have to take into account the potential for future growth. Therefore i think the share price is very low. The share price at the moment is based on very small investors which doesn’t show the companies true worth.

Shammytime - most on here can see you for what you are. But what you have posted there is illegal. You are either insider dealing are spreading false rumour for personal gain. I think we all know which of those is most likely.

Price has been firming up throughout the day - just 50k available to buy online.

Delayed buy yet to be reported?

EDIT - ah, just noticed the 267k buy on NEX earlier. Nice 100k on LSE just taken Offer to 4p too

Don't think so, Bank of England say they might put up rates and sheep start bleeping. If it does go up it will only be .25 percent. Placing is not needed as the still have 5 mil to play with.

The contract with the fed roads agency is more inportant than you may think as all of the states individual departments of transport have to supply the fed with up to date transport info from now on and spatial has the contracts with Arazona and Nebraska which has saved them quite a bit of cash and time. Other states will follow using spatial proven software. Especially now that the fed is on board using the same technology. This company is going to be big in the next few years.

Definitely what comes after. Market is expanding. Must already have more announcements to come. Maybe also runup to interim. Been very quiet all year. Roberts new strategy kicking in but will take time to fully flow - and inherited a rolling pipeline - so must have st least some more in the bag. The institionals must be read in more than we are... agree on previous posts - just an honest profit would work wonders - if he focus on targeted cost cutting and focussed revenue, and the track record has been rubbish to now - maybe Roberts with a new dream team is the man ... Tick Tock
