10/5/2018 17:37 | What's going on with the big sells? | gombie
30/4/2018 11:09 | TW looking into it? Don't make me laugh so much. For years TW promoted 1SPA and the company it merged with. Is that guy a complete idiot or a crook? You make up your own mind | estienne
27/4/2018 13:01 | Cancellations are happening notices have been received run outs are happening, enablesIT was sold because of cancellations. The big brains who could of transformed 1spa have left the building the developers left are approaching retirement. There's limited maintenance of the code happening and NO new development, if it's not paid for consulting work it's not being done, this alone will trash the business model. Clients are and will just cancel and go to a vendor maintaining and developing products. From October 2018 this unwinds. | sjmarvel
24/4/2018 09:24 | I would like to know of one contract that has been cancelled. As the ones that they have have All been renewed! | seaking1
24/4/2018 09:15 | Anyone can make numbers up over a 12 month period let's see what this one looks like this half year & full year.Heres the below url for the CEO explaining the strategy:https://www | sjmarvel
23/4/2018 17:26 | As they say the proof of the pudding is in the eating. TW talks rubbish. Not long to wait for next results, then we will see the truth. | seaking1
23/4/2018 09:50 | Lots of chatter at the investors show on 1spa. Transpires EnablesIT had to be sold otherwise the board would of been forced to come clean that EnablesITs largest client stopped all business in October 2017. As the dust settled & they realised they could not take cost out to maintain the enablesIT cash generation, the board had no choice but to dispose of EnablesIT or make an embarrassing announcement to market as why they didn't make a contract loss announcement back in October 2017. Consensus was the business model is shot, basically a consultancy company, 1.25 revenue valuation at best, lots of talk about cancelled contracts and failed relationships not being reported to shareholders, expect TW to be looking into this one.. | sjmarvel

09/4/2018 08:57 | Haven’t seen an rns yet on the contract awarded to 1spatial from the European satellite centre. | seaking1
03/4/2018 09:53 | Its good news however they say nothing about this contract being incremental revenue, does it just maintain current contact revenues. We could do with a new client win or are we destined for a tail off of the existing base. This has spiked my interest once again and I'll do some research and circle back. | sjmarvel
23/3/2018 11:47 | I think the only reason these went up to the 4p level was CTI were buying to average down. Now they appear to have had enough and the company is now getting to the point where there will be an ineviatable further cash call I can see the share price revisiting the lows again. | the big fella
15/3/2018 15:58 | I know of Clair and she seems ok to me. | seaking1
15/3/2018 10:48 | chillpill - The current CEO's CV looks OK to me. Chartered Accountant and a senior manager at PwC then seven years experience in the business. It looks like she knows it inside out and has decided on a clear direction of travel which she is now executing. Her compass (moral or otherwise) appears to be set in the direction of shareholder value. The disposal is another welcome step on the way. | leading
15/3/2018 10:41 | No it means they have 500K to hand as a business. This means its not insolvent. Si thats good.As you can see theres material events in the pipeline including a disposal. After this shenanigans there will be 300K left.Im not sure why they are including this in their update. Prehaps it foreshadows a need to increase their banking facilities or pursue some other longer term financing.Perhaps some sort of so called death spiral finance etc ? | my retirement fund
15/3/2018 09:09 | I’m a bit confused by the trading update, does it mean the company is in profit by 0.5 million / 0.8 million? I’m surprised there are no trades at all so far. | newera1
15/3/2018 09:01 | What do you mean by moral compass chillpill. | seaking1
15/3/2018 07:32 | Haven't looked at this for ages. I met company a few years ago. I liked technology but also knew the CEO at the time Marcus "hankie" Panke(great mates with TW)was a wrong'un. The current CEO has a questionable morale compass by association but will continue to watch for greater traction whilst the cash situation is tight. | chillpill
02/2/2018 13:10 | Read 1spatials little book of data. | seaking1
15/1/2018 16:18 | I think over the next four months they will announce more contracts. Anything under 5p is beginning to look a very good buy in my opinion. | seaking1
11/1/2018 18:20 | Definitely building momentum | estienne |
