Geospatial world, magazine, gives a bit of an insight into the area that 1spatial are in which is massive going forward.

I try to monitor small generally AIM listed companies that make sharp upward spikes in share price That’s how I came across SPA. Pleased to read of their growing pipeline and entry into the Facilities Managemet area for which they have major hopes. They operate in a niche area for which there appears to be a burgeoning demand. The fact that other companies have tried to break into this area albeit without success is testament to the growing demand for SPA’s suite of products.

Rampmeister, Yes it’s looking very good. I think this is the best situation that 1spatial have been in and should start to make traction from now on.

I have bought and sold over the last 3 years, but about 15 months ago have just bought with no intention of selling now as I believe they are now poised to make money.

Agreed Seaking1 think this could be an undiscovered little gem. Old Mutual in for 5% plus cluster buying from BOD ahead of interims and at higher level than current.

The US business is gaining traction with 19 contracts up from only 2 in 2015. Disposal of EnablesIT business has helped them to maintain laser focus on increasing revenue across all areas. I bought in following enthusiastic Edison Note last May - should be compulsory reading for those interested in SPA.

Interim results due October should be good. Directors bought, and integrate software released in Australia. 68% of shares not in public hands, looks very very interesting now. Sp to move up.

Hi hubshank, I bought into 1spatial about 2years ago after doing a lot of research into spatial data.

Which, especially with checking USA geospatial mags etc led me to believe that big data will be absolutely massive in the future and is now starting to take off. I am lucky that I had bought between 3.5 and 7.0 which at the moment gives me 3 grand profit, but I have no intention of selling and will wait for 1spatial to be gobbled up by a larger company.

Having said that 1spatial are big in thier field but expect a company outside to buy them.

I have been in this company through so many name changes, it is unfunny, nor can I recall who I first bought into!!! I am well and truely out of pocket that much I do know! Perhaps now would be a good time to buy some more if a t/o on the smell-dar (like radar only driven by wiffs of intuition)

Wow 68% now not in public hands,Price may or may not move much as it’s still under the radar and small investors drive the share price but with old mutual now having a 5% stake I sniff a takeover, then watch the price move.

Keep hold.

I’m quite confident the contacts that we have and will gain over the next year will see 1spatial share price start an upward trend from the next results which should put the company in the black.

There was an investor day for institutions only yesterday. Looks like it was well received. Rather frustrating that PI's were not allowed to attend. Content should be webcast for all.

I do believe after many setbacks that 1spatial are now poised to make money. The next set of figures will in my opinion be quite good. It’s been worth the long wait.

I have been concentrating on Abcam and horizon discovery so nice to notice the latest buys. Wonder if it’s the same person, Claire’s dog maybe.

SJMARVEL - I am guessing you are an embittered former employee of the company. Would you care to enlighten the board? You appear to have an agenda, or are you just de-ramping here as a public service?

You do not have to be rocket scientist to work out the roadshow did not go well, they saw over 10 institutional investors, no significant buys! I don't see any buyers where we'd get an IPR valuation. From what I've seen of Management they are not capable of making a trade sale.Latest news is their number 1 sales guy has left the business and gone to a competitor! This looks doomed on all axis.

If anyone's meeting management please ask them:--to confirm support and maintenance renewals for 2017-18, what cancellation notices have they received for 2018/19. -tell us about the partner strategy, are they no longer an ESRI partner? -are they planning a private investor presentation or any plans to attend an investor show?

All we've heard for the past 2 years is how the ESRI relationship will drive 1spa revenue and ultimate success, so why isn't 1spa at the ESRI user conference with all the other leading global partners?Would someone put this question to management next week. http://www.esriuk.com/about/events/ac

Results Tuesday, expect them to display financial progress but this does fall off a cliff in 2018, they don't have enables net earning and key clients on run out stop paying maintenance=cash raise or the end.
