(the "Company") (TSXV-MLR) announces that the investor presentation posted to its website on August 1, 2016 contained economic analysis that was not supported by an independent mining study or preliminary economic assessment as required by National Instrument 43-101. The Company retracts all disclosure relating to the economic analysis including, but not necessarily limited to, capital and operating costs, production rates and mine life in the investor presentation. The Company has removed the investor presentation in question from its website.
