It is 18:20 h now in India.

I bear in mind, that in former decisions -though ONGC was binded by contracts to make them- first the Indian gov. had to be informed by ONGC and that a final OK of the gov was needed (which may have also communicated informally with Russia).

In this case, we might hear the fat lady sing(h) really in the last minutes tomorrow.

Anything else would be a nice surprise.
