The deadline for voting is 1pm. This is not the official announcement time. Once the threshold is crossed Capita registrar must notify within "a reasonable time period".

I have just bought 1k shares @ 1110p , hope I am not going to regret it.

Volume on my system is some 280,000 which is low (just above Christmas Eve for half a days trade) and in proportion in the 2nd Quartile just for a Days trading. Todays volume WiLL NOT AFFECT THE RESULT.

Actually if you think about it logically if the deal was about to collapse wouldn't there be more volume now? Also volume is quite low as most shares have been tendered.

Imperial, volatile till the last minute, I expect certain big funds to start buying like mad pretty soon..ie mop up the last remaining shares to boost any bonuses they may get this year.
