Well a bitter divorce, a fraudulent house constructer, endless lawyers fees related to the above, theft by my ex-wife, and the financial crisis from 2008- ?, has just about wiped me out over the last few years. No longer can invest like in the past, but still take out a few small positions to keep the interest up.
