25/4/2024 22:35 | 666james I wonder what happened at 9.26am :O) | troutisout
25/4/2024 22:27 | The trade was negotiated at 9 am. There was plenty of time to post it during trading hours. | chica1
25/4/2024 21:47 | Oh, you defending your mates... Nothing to do with TLY, showing evidence of 1gw and his mates posting misleading info, making it sound plausible to sway posters.... Then when the shares inevitably do crash, 1gw and his mates try and distract away from their ramping by blaming management... As evidenced with Byot, which crashed 99% and is about to delist. That joins virtually all of their companies have crashed... Blnx/Rthm/Trmr/Byot/ Obviously if TLY share price falls then you and the others like to shout about it... | sikhthetech
25/4/2024 21:06 | Think you're on the wrong board mate, no one cares about your stupid, useless TLY punt | discojames
25/4/2024 20:19 | Yet another post by 1gw, which has been proven to be wrong. Virtually all his suggestions turn out to be proven wrong. 1gw and his mates have a long history of virtually all their posts/suggestions turning out to be proven wrong. Virtually all their shares crash. This was his post on TLY, stating that the share price has fallen since July 2023, which he suggested was plausible explanation/evidence of material selling by institutions. However, I posted the evidence that he is completely wrong.. Look at the 7 votes up for 1gw's misleading posts. It didn't even appear in top posts. Multiple ids!! 1gw21 Apr '24 - 10:39 - 21190 of 21193 Moderate | Ban 0 7 0 <...> "Yes there have been some holdings notices showing other major holders increasing, but it looks like there has been material net selling by the major holders listed in the annual report (as of late July) doesn't it? This is consistent with the share price trend since then, isn't it?" My post providing evidence that 1gw is completely wrong, again sikhthetech21 Apr '24 - 18:44 - 21191 of 21193 Edit 0 4 0 1gw, "Is it not reasonable to highlight evidence that offers a different perspective to some of the other posts?" Nothing wrong with opinions. As I've repeatedly said: If bull points can be countered then it makes the bear case stronger. If bear points can be countered then it makes the bull case stronger. As evidenced, virtually all your stories, suggestions have turned out to be false, ficticious. "Yes there have been some holdings notices showing other major holders increasing, but it looks like there has been material net selling by the major holders listed in the annual report (as of late July) doesn't it? This is consistent with the share price trend since then, isn't it?" No, look at the evidence. I said in Sept that there was no evidence of significant selling by institutions (note, significant and plural institutions). The evidence backs that assertion and you have been proven wrong. AR of 27th July, total holdings > 3% 91,754,158 AGM result: unanimously voted for majority of the resolutions 91,552,076 91m in July and similar voted in Sept. There is NO evidence of institutions selling between July and H1. | sikhthetech

24/4/2024 08:48 | I just thought I'd have a quick look at this thread after a few months, with so many people filtered it now makes for intelligent reading! Whatever the doom mongers and time wasters say, I keep adding to my holding here every time funds allow and the shares keep rising! Apart from Fevertree which I have held almost since they floated this is now my best performing AIM stock. Keep buying, there's a long way to go yet! GLA | jansky61

22/4/2024 21:39 | Chica, A resolution to buy back shares is standard resolution.. With buy backs the BoD tend to do better than PIs. It's not always a good sign. | sikhthetech
22/4/2024 16:22 | Same resolution as last year and pretty standard. It gives them the option to buy back shares, it doesn't mean they intend to exercise that option. | 1gw
22/4/2024 16:06 | I notice there is a proposal to buyback shares at the AGM. 09 TO AUTHORISE THE COMPANY TO PURCHASE ITS SHARES (A response to this proposal is mandatory) Board Recommendation: For For Against Abstain | chica1

19/4/2024 14:14 | Chica, Re Stifel 35p target. There you go, exactly as predicted... sp IS below the price the Chairman dumped majority of his holding. Inaminute, what happened to 'no chance' this will be below 28p? Completely wrong, again ;-) sikhthetech - 17 Mar 2024 - 15:54:58 - 7031 of 7230 hVIVO plc - HVO Inaminute #7015 "As I said 8 days ago there is no chance this will be below 28p when Mo gives the Finals presentation in early April. The iis who bought the shares will already know what he is going to say" The Chairman/founder would know what is going to be said and it'll be similar to the fy TU!!! lol Yet the Chairman/founder dumped majority of his holding recently. Would readers believe institution or the Chairman/founder?
