I thought yesterday's presentation showed a team in control of a business and with a clear strategy to hit their targets. I feel very comfortable with my investment here and that the £100m will happen.

With the 37 millions cash in bank hvo could or may increase marketing activities in the APACS region to secure more contracts. They have signed one, and they need a few more there where new certified vaccines are much needed .

Yes he can. Blue members can ban other blue members from their threads.

Edit: it's probably why the garbage that is advfn never touches the lunatics. You have to pay to get rid of them.

I'm now a converted pro-hvo, considering I live very close to Canary Wharf facility and seeing the major stride the development they're making there gla.

If Sikh is a paid up member here I'm not sure he can be eradicated.
Reversal on low volume here today but show me a better company on AIM (or FTSE for that matter) with better growth prospects.
Interesting Mo said that even though Pfizer now have a late stage RSV vaccine candidate it hasn't stopped competitors from doing studies.

Cheers for the new thread. I didn't think you could ban "blue" avatars. Hope I am wrong or it's the filter button time again.
Good luck all and hopefully we will be getting new contract news soon.

Yes nice to have a new thread.

Everything in results pretty much flagged ahead. I found pieric’s financial valuation post helpful on the other thread might be worth a re-post and rivaldo has brokers notes etc.

Hopefully see them on here.

A bit of profit taking yesterday, possibly compounded by a bit of unrealistic disappointment that the results were not accompanied by a new contract announcement.

As well as the move from nominal to annual dividend, what also caught my eye is that the new Canary Wharf facility is ahead of schedule, with operations commencing there this month.
With increased capacity and less tight market conditions, we could see new contract announcements with pleasing regularity.
Mo, who in contrast to CF, underpromises but over delivers, would not have projected turnover of £100m by 2028 unless he was very sure.

PS
Thank you Sci102 for new thread.

MO has huge > 7m options, awarded last year, back dated to 2022 and excersiable from few months time.

He has the incentive to talk up the company.

Look at the conditions attached to his huge 7m options:

"The LTIP has been designed to reward, incentivise and retainMr Khan to deliver sustainable growth for shareholders. The deemed date of award is 24 February 2022, which is the dateMr Khan was appointed CEO. Under the LTIP,Mr Khan has been awarded 7,227,273 nominal cost long term incentive options ("LTIP Options " ) over ordinary shares of £0.001 each in the Company.

Vesting of the LTIP Options is conditional upon a three-year total shareholder return ("TSR") performance against an initial 11p reference price. A portion of the LTIP Options will vest on the third anniversary of the date of award subject to the achievement of a minimum 10% CAGR TSR performance increasing on a straight-line basis to vesting in full subject to the achievement of a 22.5% CAGR TSR performance.

The award of the LTIP Options is also subject to continued employment, malus and clawback provisions and will vest in full on a takeover of the Company."

I was expecting more volatility in the share price today.....I think a genuine revaluation has taken place and is fully underwritten at current price. It's now about new premises impact, new contracts....and progress towards that magical 100 mill......could be very boring for a few weeks or longer.

Pireric,
"the business is lumpy (They have to keep signing contracts to keep the wheel turning"

Exactly.

Newsflow as expected.

The Chairman dumped majority of his holding at 28p in a discounted secondary placing

Really?

Cash was boosted by recent contracts. They get some money up front. However, they still have monthly outgoings as well as project costs on top.

They need regular contract wins to keep going.
